One of my favorite long time contacts lenses supplier. Often have great value of the deal but sadly to see them close down the business

This last deal for 60% off didn't work. I was charged full price and was told I would receive a refund but didn't. The convenience of getting contacts this way is great, but Waldo has not done a good job as a company ensuring customers are taken care of. Systems are broken consistently.

First off I am very pleased with how easy it was to sign up and everything. Also the free trial is a great promotion. The contacts came pretty quick. However my prescription for one eye was incorrect. This wasn't necessarily due to your company, I may have typed wrong. But hopefully they will make it easy to fix

Fastest shipping experience so far. I have ordered from waldo for many years.And sometimes they're on back order.And they don't tell me, and I get a little frustrated, but this time they made up for it, because they shipped them in less than a week.I was very pleased.

Highly recommend if you use dialy contacts
have gotten my contacts in time 99% of the time and the other 1% the customer service team ha been fantastic at resolving the issue. have been a customer since 2018.

Our tracking shows that your WALDO lenses were delivered on December 9th, 25. As you had not received these, a replacement order had been sent out and these were delivered January 3rd, 26

WALDO lenses only correct spherical prescriptions at the moment, but as we continue to grow, we will be expanding our range of lenses. Keep an eye on our comms and we will let you know as soon as we stock toric lenses.
