Hi Patience,
We are sorry to hear you have had 3 damaged lenses, The bowl the lens sits in is deeper than other manufacturers, so I would recommend flipping the blister upside down onto the palm of your hand to remove the lens from the blister to help prevent damaging the lens if this could be the cause.

Overall I have to say my experience was not great throughout the years. Out of stock lenses and delays were really inconvenient but the quality of lenses was really good.

The only contacts my sensitive eyes can tolerate!
Been a loyal customer for the last 3 years. They are literally comfortable all day, feels like nothing's there and never had any customer service issues. Pls keep the formula of the b12 bc it's great for dry eyes.
