After the post office returned my order I called Waldo customer service. They were so pleasant and helpful. I think they went out of their way to help and get me a new order shipped. I will remain a waldo customer for years to come. Thank you!

Shipping time was minimal, the contacts feel great (I can hardly feel them) and the price was very fair.

I have never had any problems with…
I have never had any problems with shipments nor the quality of the contacts. The only complaint I have is the size of the outer boxes they are shipped in, they used to be much smaller and I’m sure the old boxes cost more to purchase but I believe there should be a cost effective smaller box.

We are sorry to hear you feel you have not had a good WALDO experience. WALDO is a subscription service, and the next charge date is advised at checkout, you would need to cancel by this date if you did not want to continue your subscription. This would also have been confirmed in your welcome email, which was sent explaining how the subscription works, how to amend your subscription and what will be charged. Our Terms and Conditions also explains how the subscription works. The 1st subscription order arrives 12 days after signing up for the free trial to ensure you would not be without lenses once the trial has finished.
