Poor Support and Unreliable Service Despite Premium Plan
In our experience with HIX, we faced significant issues despite being on one of their highest-tier plans. We encountered repeated workflow failures where the system was unable to process our API requests, which affected our day-to-day operations.
What was particularly challenging was the lack of timely support. Even after multiple attempts to reach out via email and share relevant details, we did not receive meaningful assistance or follow-up.
We’re sharing this to reflect our own experience with the platform and its support. Teams or businesses that depend on reliable tools and responsive customer service may want to carefully evaluate before committing.

HIX.AI looks great, however…
HIX.AI looks like a powerfull tool, however it is complete useless, based on old models. Modern models, more advanced options will cost you extra after just a few queries of is part of another subscription.
So called functions like “Copilot” have nothing to do with real Copilot functionality, it cannot do anything real coding assistants can do. Most other bots are similar useless. Creating your own chats is impossible.
Stay away from payed Hix.ai subscriptions, its rubbish

I had a great time on the app
I had a great time on the app. Tried getting a monthly subscription but hit the annual, flipped out on the customer service who were sincerely genuinely trying to help. The only problem I didn't appreciate was the difficulty getting ahold of someone via the site. I have severe brain damage and have problems recognizing

after writing my review, which was decidedly negative, the Company contacted me, apologizing for the inconvenience and proceeding immediately to issue a refund. Just as I was disappointed, I can only salute the fairness shown. Thank you, congratulations on your customer service.

Issue resolved. But imho, if you're system is failing and you cannot provide service afer completing the payment - you should warn about that prior purchasing.

I paid for the Bypass plan days ago and the plan is still INACTIVE.
Written support several times - no reaction or answer.
I'll be raising a dispute soon.
Looked like a legit company, turns out not.
NO money and no product. No way to cancel subscription as well.

I’m leaving this review as a warning to HIX.AI
I’m leaving this review as a warning in case HIX.AI tries to charge me again on July 3, 2025, despite my efforts to cancel and block them.
I originally subscribed to their one-year plan on July 4, 2024. I have since explicitly cancelled my subscription through their platform and also took the extra step of filing a dispute with my bank to block any future payments from this merchant.
However, I’ve seen multiple reports from other users saying HIX.AI charged them even after cancellation. That’s why I’m documenting my situation now.
If HIX.AI respects my cancellation and does not attempt to charge my account, I will update this review to reflect that. If they do try to debit my account despite the cancellation and block, this will confirm they are operating fraudulently. In that case, the only safe solution will be to change my debit card details entirely to ensure they can never charge me again.
To anyone considering using this service, be very cautious.

Absolute Scammers
Absolute Scammers! They steal your money! I went to try for free for a month, they took my credit card info and billed me $120 for the annual subscription. Then they proceeded to bill me almost $500 for the writing service!! Totally unacceptable as I can't afford this! I keep emailing them and they never respond. I filed a dispute with my card company and they finally responded once asking me to remove the claim "so they can refund me" to try to reel me into removing the claim so they can get my money and keep it! I know they will continue to ignore my emails. They need to be reported to the Singapore Government as fraudsters, that is where they are based out of. They have no other contact information besides email for support which they just ignore. They run a group of scam companies that steal peoples money with the same address which is very fishy!

This company is a SCAM. No easy way to remove payment information. I cancelled a month ago and was still charged. Would suggest STAYING AWAY.

Impressive service
Dear Hix Ai team,
I have been using the bypass Aii for almost a year. It was so helpful where it made my write up looks really simple and brings me confident to write more. Since I'm from non-English speaking background, this software enables me to understand the words better even after rephrase. They will SCREW YOU!
I canceled my subscription some 8 days prior to ending and when I tried to access services, I was denied. Their page in dashboard, where one can cancel or upgrade services, clearly says that if one cancels before expiration period, they will still be able to use unused credits. In practice, this is a LIE!
This company is A FRAUD!!!!! STAY AWAY!!!!!
Also, they promote complete "humanization" and major services will not detect AI. This is another lie: most of the text will get detected.
