A TOTAL SCAM!
They are noting more than a scam. I paid 2 dollars at first, it was only for a week. At first it looked great, I had 20.000 word limit. But when I tried to use it it suddenly said I used all my words. But I didn't! They have my cart information and they'll probably try to take more money. I don't even have 10 dolars there dude! You can't even cancel the sub. A total scam. Worst part is, it appears as advertizement and look like a safe ia but no. Don't let them fool you too.

PROMPT RESPONSE TO FEEDBACK
Although I paid for HIX CHAT UNLIMITED, my account was limited to 100,000 characters. The maximum file size for my account was advertised as 10MB. The file that I uploaded was 866.50 KB. DEEPSEEK-R1 rejected my file, advising that it exceeded the character limit of 100,000.
I complained to HIX.AI and they have now responded satisfactorily. I am, therefore, updating my review.

The worst website I’ve ever experienced. They charged me without my knowledge 2 months, I can’t contact with customer support, I can’t cancel my subscription, so I complained to my bank about them as a fraud, because without my permission they’ve been trying to charge me monthly. Stay away from this scam!!!

This platform is fantastic
This platform is fantastic, I had a problem when paying for their services and they solved the problem, which was a mistake on my part. They contacted me from support people and they very kindly corrected the error and gave me a refund of my money. And not only that, but the platform also corrected my work correctly, therefore I will continue paying the monthly payment to HIX.AI since they are very trustworthy people.

I tried multiple times to cancel my subscription, but there is no clear option in the account settings. I also emailed support several times, but they never responded. Meanwhile, they keep charging me

This is probably the worst AI I ever…
This is probably the worst AI I ever used. The output is completely random, false, and contains multiple lines of errors. You cannot use the output at all. Stay away from it! It is super expensive and the support doesn't reply.

Took My Money but Got Nothing
Horrible experience. I paid for Hix, and the payment went through, but my account stayed as a free version. No upgrade, no support, and no refund. Feels like a scam. Avoid at all costs!

HIX Bypass not ready yet
I tested HIX Bypass extensively over two days, and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. There were numerous errors that made sentences unreadable and completely out of context. The tool’s performance didn’t meet expectations at all. Until the issues are resolved, I can’t recommend it. I’ve even requested a refund due to the lack of reliability. Hopefully, improvements will be made in the future.
