I paid £25 for a monthly unlimited credits plan with Hix.ai, but the experience has been nothing short of abysmal. Within just a few days of using the service, I encountered significant issues. Despite Hix.ai charging my card, I'm now greeted with an error message every time I attempt to use the service: 'There is an issue with your credit usage. Please contact us at support AT hix.ai to fix it and restore your usage.'

The customer support is utterly non-existent. I've sent multiple emails to their support team, desperately seeking assistance, but my pleas have fallen on deaf ears. Not a single response has been received, leaving me frustrated and out of pocket.

Given this appalling level of service and the complete lack of customer support, I strongly advise against using Hix.ai. The company's practices are unethical, and their disregard for paying customers is shocking. Save yourself the headache and financial loss by avoiding this unreliable and unresponsive service at all costs.

I subscribed to the hix.ai Unlimited plan because I heard it could be used without limits, but I'm getting an internal server error. It responds well to simple conversations like "hello," though. I sent an email requesting a refund, but I haven't received a reply for several days.

i got billed for the next month and i have been requesting a refund and they don't respond to their emails. the service is rubbish with a very horrible English when humanizing the word. best advice, don't use them or read sentences very well else, you're doom.

Honestly, the quality of this service is terrible. It should be free because it's not even worth it. On top of that, I've been trying to cancel my subscription, but there's no way to do it. They’ve been trying to charge me every single day

I do not understand how this subscription was renewed, as I never agreed to it. Additionally, there is no section in my account indicating that I'm subscribed, nor can I find any invoices on the platform. I clearly remember canceling the subscription a few months ago. This feels like fraud. We are prepared to take legal action for fraudulent activity. I have also noticed similar complaints on Trustpilot, so this doesn’t seem to be an isolated incident.

If nothing is done within the next three days, I will escalate the matter to our legal protection service and let them handle it. Additionally, we will not hesitate to communicate on our LinkedIn and Trustpilot platforms to shed light on your actions.

What’s most concerning is that there was initially no access to the supposed subscription plan and invoices. However, after I contacted you to request an immediate refund, the subscription plan section mysteriously became visible the following day. Fortunately, we recorded a screen video just a few days ago, documenting everything.

Fraud alert!!!

I got billed twice in error. The humanizer still gets some percentage AI being detected. The English after rewriting is AWEFUL and useless. There’re no other contact details except an email that’s nolonger being replied. After paying there’s no way on unsubscribing, they keep deducting money, there’s also no update of the account to show I have upgraded , hence the double billing in error . Do not waste your money. This is a scam!!!

This website does not work!!

The humaniser is terrible and even though when you put it trough the AI detectors, it will say it is not ChatGPT generated text (which is great!). HOWEVER, the text that Hix.ai humanised makes no sense when you read it! In all languages!! Plus, the plans are super expensive for what you really get.

I can't cancel my subscription!

I recently had a very frustrating experience with Hix.ai and feel compelled to share my story.
Less than three days ago, I mistakenly signed up for a one-year subscription instead of the one-month plan I intended to purchase. The website did not display the final amount before processing the payment, which I believe is intentionally misleading.
After realizing the error, I immediately sent multiple urgent messages through my account, but I have received no response. Only after extensive research did I discover that I have just three days to cancel the subscription, using a complicated and confusing process. Despite following the provided instructions, I could not locate the billing section in my account. Either it is missing or hidden in a way that is different from the provided directions.
I find these practices to be deceptive and extremely frustrating. I have attached a screenshot of my profile page to my complaint but have yet to hear back from customer support. I insist that my subscription be canceled immediately, but given the poor response so far, I am not hopeful.
I just emailed supportathix.ai and hope for a prompt response. I haven’t used any part of my subscription and am eager to get a refund soon.

HANDS OFF! Very negative experience! HIX.AI charges me 63$ every month for NOTHING, I cancelled the free trial in time and have no subscription with them, nevertheless they charge me every month.

I regret to report my extremely negative experience with Hix.ai. Since March 2024 I have been unable to cancel my subscription or delete my account (after the platform's 3-day trial). Despite multiple attempts to contact their support team through their website and via email (support[at]hix.ai), I have received no response. They are charging me £22.80 monthly for a service I do not use, cannot cancel, and they do not provide any invoices or receipts for. FRAUD/SCAM - Avoid. I am reporting Hix.ai to 1) The UK Ombudsman Service, 2) Trading Standards, 3) The Competition and Markets Authority (CMA), 4) The UK Police's Cyber Taskforce. I suggest users do the same in their geographic area so the individuals responsible are identified and arrested.

If a company doesn't give permission to cancel subscription then be afraid of them. You can't see any contact information or option for cancel subscription. I am wasting time to cancel nowadays. This was first but very important reality. Secondly, the service is not useful for academic or serious work. The quality is really poor. If you are sure your text will not be read okey you can use and it will not be detected. But how? I tried and for the long text it put Korean letters :). I bought one month and remembered I canceled but now it tries to charge next month. I can't contact.

Been using the program for a little while now. I didn't even turn off the laptop for the two weeks as I'm working on a very big assignment. The laptop was only on hibernation. But when I turned it on again earlier to continue my work, everything has disappeared expect for the heading.

I recently bought 3 year plan and this site looks suspicious as there is no customer service information or contact us option on the website. Moreover, the output is of poor quality in terms of writing quality. No acknowledgement email on billing and despite contacting customer service (after finding info on google), I got the same response saying "I am currently on leave & will be back tomorrow" on first day and 2 days later which led to more suspicion. How can someone copy paste same response on 2 different days. I have all the screenshots of what I am talking just incase if they comeback and respond here. Hope this might help someone and doesn't fall in this.
