Review of Hix.ai

I regret to say that Hix.ai is one of the worst companies I have encountered. If there was an option to choose a rating below zero, I would do it without hesitation.

I signed up for their service and made a transaction based on the promises they made. After the initial charge, I found that the payment was unclear, and there were major issues with understanding what I was getting in return. But what really drove me crazy was the issue with my credit card information.

Not only was I dissatisfied with the service, but the theft of my credit card information and the commitment to services I wasn’t aware of is extremely concerning. Hix.ai has no clear or effective way to cancel the transaction or recover the money I spent with them. Every contact with customer service was unhelpful and made me feel more and more stuck.

I have a strong feeling that if my money is not refunded soon, I will have no choice but to pursue a class action lawsuit. This is completely unacceptable, and I won’t tolerate being taken advantage of.

I would not recommend them at all. In fact, I feel that they are a company that exploits its customers, and there is no easy or convenient way to remove my credit card details from their system. It’s just outright theft.

Needless to say, not only will I never use their services again, but I will also share this review with everyone I know to ensure no one else goes through the horrible experience I did.

Stay away from them – it’s just not worth the headache.

They are scammers, they promise to refund half of my subscription after I cancel my complaint to my bank. But then they did not do it and took all my money. Don't ever subscribe with this application HIX AI😤. They are scamming people they are shit.

I've tested this platform and I find it return detectable results. Of course credit still gets deducted when one tries to create another copy.

And when you get to not detectable version, the text many times doesn't make sense in some parts so has to be yet again rewritten.

In general, not a platform you can rely on and will help you much.

Worst product. Also, not trustworthy for using card. Even though I cancelled the plan, it charged me 70 dollar out of my knowledge and any account activity. Also tried to rob 527 dollar again but my card declined due to the limit.

I then tried to cancel the plan from the website (that Hix automatically activated without my knowledge or account activity), but every time i try to cancel it says ''plan is cancelled'' but actually plan remains active and no changes are there i.e plan does not get cancelled. I mailed them trice for now, no reply so far. Total scam. I have sreenrecorded the claims i made and i have all the necessary evidences.

I paid bypass suscription only to find out i have to pay for the suscription i already paid it gives me the option only to upgrade. What upgrade i already paid and sent you guys an email thats stealing fix this issue. I paid the suscription for 1000 words. Only to find that i cant use it. Refund me my money or give me a free month make it fair.

I am providing feedback on my experience using Hix.ai's bypass feature. It successfully reduced the Turnitin AI detection score of my research article from 86% to 0%. While acknowledging that no AI detection removal tool is flawless, I recommend a thorough proofread after AI score removal to address any writing quality concerns.

Another thing is that, to date, this is the most affordable AI bypass tool that can beat Turnitin.

I’ve been using Hixx for a while, and it has great potential! The support team is responsive and proactive in addressing concerns, which gives me confidence in their commitment to improvement. Looking forward to seeing further refinements in the app. Great customer care!

I recently subscribed to Hix Bypass's monthly unlimited plan, expecting quality results. However, I’ve encountered significant issues. Whenever I bypass a piece of text, the output often contains random, nonsensical information in various languages that was not present in the original content. To make matters worse, when I run the bypassed content through their own AI detection tool, it consistently flags the content as AI-generated. This defeats the purpose of the service and compromises its credibility. Unfortunately, the bypassed content does not meet expectations and fails to pass their AI detection tests.

Zuerst einmal will ich damit anfangen, dass ich ausversehen zu Beginn das falsche Abo auf der Seite gekauft hatte. Auch wenn das meine Schuld war, muss man sagen, dass es sehr unübersichtlich ist, welches Abonnement man dann kauft. Mit meinem Kauf in Höhe von 48 Euro bin ich einfach davon ausgegangen alles zu haben. Ohne es verwendet zu haben kontaktierte ich daraufhin den Kundenservice worauf ich aber keine Antwort erhielt.

Nun zu meiner zweiten Erfahrung. Am Tag drauf kaufte ich nocheinmal für 28 Euro mein ursprünglich gewolltes Abo. Leider ist die vermenschlichung von Texten aber sehr schlecht. So schlecht, dass bei der vermenschlichten Version meines Textes
1. Grammatikalisch so gut wie jeder Satz falsch war
2. Es meinen Text dann Teilweise in andere Sprachen übersetzte
3. Man bei vielen Sätzen nicht einmal den Message hinter dem Satz erkennen konnte

Schreckliche Texte erstellt. Humanizing bestand darin schreckliche Rechtschreibfehler einzubauen. Absätze sind verschwunden. Quellen wurden plötzlich auf englisch statt deutsch angegeben. Super schlecht! Hände weg!

My payment was declined many times and have some trouble to settle and account was not upgrade I need to use it, later I tried can successful payment done but not upgrade so I send support team a email within 30min they helped me settle my problem and upgrade my account from the date I paid until 1 month they advice I can use not extra paid for many declined days and they willing to offer me extra words as a customer satisfaction 🌹😍♥️✨ Really appreciated 👍 Well-done

I am highly satisfied with Hix.ai, particularly their Hixbypass service, which I use through a yearly package for my writing firms. We handle thousands of assignments, reports, and papers for students from various countries, and Hixbypass has been instrumental in humanizing the AI-generated content. After making minor revisions, it helps us save a significant amount of time.

Their customer support has also been great. While you may need to wait for their response, patience is key. Whenever I've reached out to them, I've always received the expected solution. Although the response time isn't always immediate, ranging from 1 to 3 hours or, at times, up to a day or two, my issues have always been resolved satisfactorily.

Currently, I have multiple yearly packages with Hixbypass. Just yesterday, I encountered a minor issue with three of my accounts and contacted support. They handled the situation professionally and resolved it promptly.

I highly recommend Hixbypass to others. My advice is to remain patient if you encounter any issues and give their team time to address your concerns—they'll get it sorted!

No matter how good your program is, if the service is bad it can be a killer for your business. In terms of service, I had no complaints with hix.ai. I accidentally pressed OK too many times when I wanted to purchase hix.ai because the screen got stuck. The charge on my credit card was of course way too high. I immediately sent an email and got an answer the same day. I will be refunded immediately. Very fast service.

I subscribed to Hix.ai's monthly unlimited credits plan for 30 Euros, but my experience has been nothing short of disastrous. Just a few days into using the service, I faced major issues. Despite being charged, I'm constantly met with an error message: "There is an issue with your credit usage. Please contact us at support AT hix.ai to fix it and restore your usage."

Customer support is virtually non-existent. I've reached out multiple times, hoping for assistance, but my emails have gone unanswered, leaving me both frustrated and out of pocket.

Due to this appalling service and complete lack of customer support, I strongly advise against using Hix.ai. Their practices are unethical, and their disregard for paying customers is astonishing. Spare yourself the hassle and financial loss by steering clear of this unreliable and unresponsive service.

Yesterday, I purchased what I thought was a monthly subscription to hix.ai. I was immediately billed $95.88. I tried the platform and realized immediately that it was not what I thought it was. I tried to contact customer support to cancel the subscription but was unable to reach customer support or billing or anything. I've told my credit card not to pay, and I've been told that I won't be charged. Do not subscribe to hix.ai. This is a scam!!

I’ve been using Hix for nearly a year, and I can confidently say it’s the best AI writing platform I’ve tried so far. I rely on it almost daily, and it has proven to be very dependable. I even encountered an issue with my subscription, and they resolved it without any hassle. I highly recommend this website!
