El envío llegó bien.
Pero lo que no corresponde es la extensión que hay que pintar en un color con la cantidad de pintura que se adjunta.
Todos los potecitos son igual de minúsculos y el tamaño del cuadro 75x60 con 47 colores.
Podían prever que si la extensión de un color es el principal y grande adjuntarán mayor cantidad. Con lo que he tenido que comprarlos y no tienen el mismo tono.

Apart from the item taking a while to come I'm completely happy with my purchase. I love the printed fabric so I don't have to count the little tiny squares and it is much easier to complete.

Hice un pedido que nunca ha llegado no me enviaron recibo ni nada cuando contacto con ellos no saben nada en el.banco me pone loveart que se supone que es una heladería de estados Unidos
Estafa total !!

I expected better quality for the cost. Delivered well over the stated delivery time and therefore missed my goddaughter’s birthday. I won’t be ordering again.

I placed an order from hobbyart as I really liked some of the designs.
I bought three kits and I have started one already. You get everything you need to complete the design and shipping I feel was actually relatively quick considering.
I like how the designs are printed onto the fabric because it makes it easier to stitch while watching tv or if you have to go and do something else, it’s easier to keep your place. I don’t have any complaints id be happy to order again.

My order came within

Son unos estafadores. Pedí un lienzo, que según pone en la web debe llegar sin arrugas y en un rollo, que vino doblado y arrugado en una caja de cartón abierta y rota. Solicité mi reembolso del 100% del dinero, como efectivamente también pone en la web, y 39 emails más tarde y una reclamación de la OCU después, accedieron a devolverme 25 euros de los 34,99 euros que pagué. Información falsa y engañosa, mentirosos, horrible atención al cliente y lienzo de calidad pésima. Acabó en la basura.

I am not entirely convinced that this company isn't a scam. I wish I had read the reviews before ordering - this is not a UK based company and only after you order does it become clear that it is based in China. I placed an order 2 weeks ago that has still not yet arrived, and my tracking information says it is in America (I'm hoping it's a tracking error but just compounds how incompetent this whole process has been).

OK so I've read the reviews which are mixed.
Hobbyart have sent me 3 x cross stitch kits as requested. I opened these after reading the reviews which caused me concern. They look lovely but as these things aren't made up overnight I can't comment on the finished items. So I'll edit this review when theyre done..

BUT what is wrong is they indicate they are in the UK which they are not. I only saw this after ordering and after reading customs could charge it caused me a lot of anxiety. They said they don't normally
charge but that doesn't wash with me. So they lose 2 stars for not being truthful and causing worry that is unnecessary if they put up front they are in China. It took almost 2 weeks to arrive.
SO 3 STARS IT IS FOR THAT REASON

The kit came with the wrong colour silks for the cross stitch. Hobbyart needs to find better suppliers.

The only British thing about this company is UK in the title. The goods come from China and the payments go to Loveart Woodhaven NY - another company with very poor reviews.
Refund policy according to website is no reason for return is necessary, free returns and message them for a return address.
My first attempt to get refund I gave a reason that it arrived too late, their response was because I had given a personal reason for return I would have to pay the expensive postage and it wouldn't be worth it so why didn't I keep it and give it to someone else as there are many festivals in the year
I declined this and was then offered £5.99 and I could keep the item I paid £15.99 for
Again I declined and said as it was not in a box it wouldn't be a very nice gift, they suggested I bought a box! Also told me that if I wanted the same product from a local shop it would be much more expensive
Again I declined and asked for an address to send it to, their next response was to leave the package on my doorstep to be collected and they would give me £10.99.
Again I rejected this offer and drew their attention to the refund policy. Full refund for returned goods FOC.
I was then asked if I had made the item in question (embroidery) even though I had sent photo of partially opened package
Eventually they gave up asking for me to put it on my doorstep and agreed to give me a refund. I was told they had applied for the refund and I would get the money back within 7 days
No sign of the money so I chased them and eventually got notification from NY that refund was being processed
Finally after about 3 weeks I received the refund and still have the product that I still haven't opened
Sorry this is so long but I don't want anyone to give in to their tactics that do not comply with their website refund policy

Página de estafa total. No leí antes las reseñas y así me ha pasado. Me llegó arrugado y en papel de mala calidad, sin bastidor. Solicité la devolución y me respondían q me lo quedara y lo regalara, q me daban 8 euros, después de q me costó 45 euros. Y así como 10 mensajes en los q no me hacen la devolución del producto. En fin, mil veces en calidad y servicio Figured art
Espero q cierren pronto y dejen de estafar a la gente.

Utterly disappointed. Site claims to be from the UK, but is actually from China. Product packaging and instructions all in Chinese with English underneath which doesn’t even make sense, which makes it hard to work out how to actually use the kit. I bought this as a gift for someone but it just looks like I got them something cheap off Temu.
Delivery took a long time, site is a total lie as it advertises the business as British.

I am totally satisfied with my cross stitch Animal world amazing detailed animals will look great in my Grandson's bedroom the cottons are very vibrant and excellent quality am loving bringing this cross stitch to a brilliant picture a great size. Very detailed. delivery within a week.

I had done a review on here about hobbyart. After my review I was offered a full refund and didn't need to send the Xstitch back even though I binned it as it was bad. Anyway I was offered a full refund if I removed my feedback on trustpilot I have gladly took the loss and not removed my previous feedback as I stand by the comments and future customers have the right not to be lied too. Hobbyart is in China NOT the UK as they state and waited a month for a kit that I binned as all the colours etc would not have been any good for the picture. I would not recommend and I will not remove my feedback.

Yo no aconsejo a nadie esta empresa..:
1°el producto es más caro que en otras empresas.
2°envio gratis ‼️ si claro llevo 10 días esperando el pedido y aún no lo he recibido.
3° contacto con atención al cliente nulo ..

The cross stitch kit was very inexpensive, easy to work(I've never worked a 'stamped' kit before), and the end result was delightful! The kit took 12 days(as described) to arrive, but you don't pay any postage- which is made clear when you order. I recommend Hobbyart for good value and excellent quality.

No ha podido ser peor !! No compréis en esta página ,no cumplen en absoluto nada .
En primer lugar , tardan meses en llegarte el pedido y a veces no llega por lo que he leído de otros comentarios , una calidad malísima .
En mi caso pedí dos lienzos personalizado con una fotos que se les puede adjuntar , uno de ellos me ha venido con un formato que no ocupa el lienzo entero y queda cutrisimo y el otro lienzo lo que es la impresión gráfica malísima , muchos detalles de la foto no vienen, horroroso !!
No se os ocurra pedir en esta página tan poco fiable y me atrevería a decir estafadora.

Mi primer pedido lo hice por FIGUREDART (un poco más cara ) pero cumplen a la perfección en los periodos de entrega y la calidad de todo lo que viene se nota !!
Al final lo barato sale caro !!!
