I ordered an item from Hobbyart, which I got a receipt and confirmation, then later in the day I got two emails saying I had not completed the order, TO MEET THEIR NEW REQUIREMENTS MENT PAYING A SECOND TIME WHICH I HAVE NO INTENTION OF DOING. I also tried tracking the order number they gave me, and was told it did not exsist. I have been trying for hours to get contact to no avail

Son lo peor, el pedido no llega, después de reclamarlo muchísimas veces, me lo han enviado tarde, cuando ya les había dicho que no lo necesitaba y que hicieran el reembolso. que lo había comprado para hacer un regalo, pero como ha tardado tanto en llegar ya no lo necesitaba pero les ha dado absolutamente igual. una experiencia pésima. Ni compreis

I am very disappointed with the painting I just received. I paid for it to be mounted and all I received was 4 wooden blocks with 0 instructions.

I will not be buying from this site again.

I am still waiting to recieve my order, and it's been weeks. They have said they sent another order, as my first was returned to them but im still waiting for it to turn up. I will update if it every does

I received my order #CSK5135 but found they were all printed pattern types which I did not want. Emailed them three (3) times asking for their return address but got no reply to any message. Their Guaranteed Money Back promise is totally worthless. Do not use this company.

Update; As of 02/10/2024; Still no response from HobbyArt dispite emailing them again after their reply. The Money Back guarantee would appear to be worthless.

I have purchased a few Cross stitch kits now from Hobbyart and they never fail to deliver.
Beautifully stamped artwork with more than enough thread to complete.
Great to have the printed sheet too just to clarify when some colour changes are close together.
Delivery was fast too.
Currently completing as family gifts or requests.
Definitely recommend.

My cross stitch kit arrived in good condition. I contacted customer service about estimated date of delivery and received an immediate reply. I will definitely be using this company again

So please with the outcome of a finished piece, I ordered another one. Unfortunately the delivery was delayed but I received a telephone call to state this. Received two days later. Quality of kit is excellent and more than enough thread to finish. Thank you. Would highly recommend.

I ordered 3 cross stitch kits from hobby art on the buy 2 get 1 free offer. It was an excellent offer and also I had seen these kits on other websites but hobby art had better pricing too. It arrived in less than 2 weeks.
The quality is great. The printing on the canvas is on point and the instructions are also clear. Additionally I like that there are instruction sheets as well in case some of the printing key may look confusing on the canvas.
It’s been my downtime after work and on weekends and also makes really good presents for close ones.
Will definitely use again.

Arrived earlier than expected. Great quality. All items are off an excellent price would definitely buy again and recommend to family and friends.

The cross stitch went to the wrong address. It was my fault. So we emailed you and you sent another one to the same wrong address. The gentleman brought it to my house. We don’t know where the first one went. My husband is really pleased with it

Ordered my cross stitch on the 15th January, it arrived on the 30th, which coming from abroad was great postage times

There are plenty of threads BUT nearly all of them I have used, have run out before completing the corresponding number to it on the pattern so I've had to improvise with my own threads, luckily I have managed to do it so it's just on the background of my image so it doesn't really matter so be aware you will be running out of thread and need more than is supplied. This is the only thing that lets it's down being a 5 star review.

There is a few pages folded to make a small booklet with the pattern on too, the pattern is also on the fabric with the corresponding numbers to colours

On the whole my picture is turning out great and I'm happy with it, would order again

I have ordered a few customised cross stitches and have not been disappointed. They arrive in the time expected and have been good quality. I need to order more as I am getting requests from friends! I would definately recommend.

I was a bit wary at first when ordering a personalised cross stitch kit. But I needn't have. The kit was an exact replica of the photo I uploaded. All the way through stitching I was saying "trust the process". Im glad did.

Not a UK company, states 7-12 days for you to recieve the order. Been 15 days and my order has still not even been shipped! I have emailed twice and now requested to cancel and refund the order as it is way past the time frame and still not been shipped and they have refused! Told me my order will be shipped and arrive within 6-9 days. Far too late as it was for a gift but I will update the review if it ever actually arrives.

My kits finally arrived. No instructions which it says are supposed to be included so no clue whether it's 2 or 3 threads. Messaged them to ask and no response. Also wrong colour threads supplied! Supposed to be thread 3765 and 3756 has been given which is completely the wrong colour and I've had to buy the correct thread from ebay. They have also badly saturated the photo I sent, so one whole corner is now just white and all detail lost.
