Delivered on time no damage to packaging and correct colour to finish my stitching

ordering and delivery very fast and arrived in excellent condition, very happy and will definately be ordering again.

Well what can I say on one side if the coin great value prices and great choice but on the other side of the coin failure tobread an order out of 40+ items on the order only received the last 10 items even then 4 items were duplicated after complaing they asked what id received and then sent the rest no real apology from then nothing at all in the replacement other a blank piece of paper difficult to recommend if you go on customer service

Terrible company. Took my money, told me my order would arrive in 2-2.5 weeks. A month later, nothing. No response to multiple emails. No response on socials. Finally, after 3 months, I filed a dispute with my credit card company and 3 days later, the company emailed to say the order was cancelled (and I am blocked on socials now). Got my item shipped within one day from another vendor on eBay. Hobby Jobby is the worst company I have dealt with in a while.

They have stolen my money

I love all the wools I have ordered from you. They knit up beautifully and my family are very pleased with the results. However the delivery has been very slow, much longer than the 2-5 days advertised.

Lovely wool at a decent price and delivered quickly. No complaints.

Delivery was quick. Really happy with my purchase

Just what I wanted

Color doesn’t match the picture at all. Ordered light grey almost beige, received darkest ugly grey. Tone is not even. Wool is extremely thin. Don’t order it!

Arrived safely on time & well packaged! Beautiful threads 🤗

The service was perfect, thank you.
I will advise my friends the embroidery kit from Luca-s

Excellent service and quick delivery, cross stitch kits that I ordered were very well packaged

Will not be ordering from here again!!
Took almost 2 weeks for my order which should have take 2-3 days to arrive, they do not reply to emails. Took so long for them to actually ship my order that when they eventually did they did not have all of what I had ordered in stock so some items did not arrive!

Lovely choice of wools at an excellent price.

Great service , quick delivery

Great product. As expected. Swift delivery.
Would use again

I ordered kit for my aunt who does not have internet. Ordering process was very easy. Was kept updated regarding dispatch and delivery and the kit was delivered to my aunt in a few days and she was really pleased with it.

I've been shopping with HobbyJobby pretty much since they started trading and have never had a bad experience with them. Their kits are excellent quality and the own brand Luca-S floss is perfection, I use it almost exclusively these days. It doesn't tangle, it's cotton thread, not that chunky polyester stuff. I'd recommend them to anyone.

Prompt postage and very helpful when I had messed up an order!!
