Overall we both had great experience in Istanbul for a whole week of our dream holidays and we got no complain, howevwr we believe Turkish Airlines Holidays can potentially improve in two areas, firstly food on the plane must be of two type, one Turkish type that most of us enjoy eating and second type of food must be of universal type that is loved almost in every country it can be Halal. Secondly please provide the pictures of the rooms in hotel that you are booking for us so that we have a choice to change the room because the room we got in the hotel was quite narrower, apart from that you guys in Turkish Airlines Holidays are truly champions of hospitality and the whole thing was absolutely pleasant and enjoyable and of course thank you so much for being so respectful and helpful ♥️♥️♥️💯💯💯

Istanbul avec Turkish au top !
L'organisation de notre séjour a été au top. Le choix des hotels était super, qualité, beauté, service, le top. Les avions sont propres et le personnel vraiment top !! Les repas très bons.Le seul point noir, l'aéroport d'Istanbul !! Long, trop long ! Les panneaux aux guichets manquent de détail, les files infinies avec les passagers qui s'entassent sans savoir ou se mettre. On vous balade d'un guichet à un autre. Rien à voir avec des règles concernant la sécurité, uniquement des problèmes d'organisation.

The flight was fine but due to long Q…
The flight was fine but due to long Q at the immigration counters it took us more than an hour to come out, the company collecting us decided to leave without us. Had call Uber costing about £45.
Went into the hotel room, the smell of water damp hit us. Complaint about this, we were transferred to a different room extremely small room, extremely uncomfortable stay. I have pictures of the room. Happy to send it to you.
