Horrible Experience with Booking and Service
The booking engine changed the flight schedule to an early morning flight without asking me first. The flight timing was only shown after I paid and received the booking confirmation.
It is impossible to send a message or get any agent on the phone. The AI based service and help system is sending customers in circle. The room description is very basic and variety of rooms limited. I had to cancel the entire booking and Turkish Airline Holiday even charges me CHF 90,- for their mistake. That is also a business model to make money.... At least after I cancelled the booking they send a confirmation of it within 24 hours.

The simplicity of the booking, the good price of the tickets who includes big bags of 30kilo and the fast and serious response. Also, the good deal with the hotel and the transfers.
