Cumbersome Compared To Others.
I liked the fact that booking was available with a 25% deposit. Compared to other travel companies booking experience I found this one quite cumbersome. Unable to select seats on aircraft etc. Having selected airport transfers only return from hotel to airport was confirmed so we have been left hanging on day of arrival. Hoping this will be confirmed prior to travel. Having to download docs using adobe seems overly complicated. Overall ok but could be better.

Everything was fine apart from the hotel having no record of our booking, only because we rang the hotel to change to a smoking room did we find this out,
Took nearly 2 days for the hotel and myself and my sister to finally get the proper room reference number we need to give the hotel, very inconvenient we trying to organise a holiday,
Apart from the hotel reference number everything was great, I was not going to travel to turkey without knowing I had a hotel confirmation as you would understand.

Descrizione dei servizi, voli, trasferimenti e assicurazioni (coi relativi prezzi) molto chiara, un po' meno la descrizione delle strutture e delle loro attività/servizi offerti.
Per ciò che riguarda la mia vacanza prezzo consono a ciò che abbiamo prenotato, considerando anche il fatto che è stata prenotata solo a due settimane dall' effettiva partenza.
Positiva anche l'esperienza col servizio clienti per avere delucidazioni appunto sui servizi di alcuni hotel che stavo visionando per poter poi scegliere al meglio.
Unica nota negativa, ma nulla di grave data la tempestiva risoluzione, arrivate in albergo non risultava loro la nostra prenotazione.
Cmq sito affidabile e già consigliato ad altri amici!

Ich bin rundum zufrieden mit Turkish Airlines. Der gesamte Ablauf war sehr angenehm und professionell. Das Personal war freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit, der Service an Bord war ausgezeichnet und auch der Flug selbst war sehr angenehm.
Besonders positiv fand ich die Freundlichkeit der Crew und die hohe Qualität des Services. Man fühlt sich als Passagier wirklich gut aufgehoben.
