We had a ride with Packiyanathan Ketheeswaran and we were truly impressed! He was extremely helpful, friendly, funny, and attentive throughout the entire trip. The ride was pleasant and enjoyable — he made us feel very comfortable. He also picked us up right on time, and everything went perfectly smoothly.

Leider haben wir auch schlechte Erfahrungen mit Holiday Taxis gemacht. Ich erledige Dinge gerne im Vorfeld, daher hatte ich auch schon den Transfer vom Kreuzfahrtterminal Palma zu unserem Hotel über Holiday Taxi gebucht. Leider haben wir über eine Stunde vergeblich gewartet. Auf telefonische Rückfrage, sollten wir dann ein normales Taxi nehmen und die Kosten würden uns erstattet werden. Auf diese Rückzahlung warten wir immer noch. Das Taxi war dann auch noch viel günstiger, wie der eigentliche Transfer über Holiday Taxi. Unseren auch schon gebuchten Transfer, einige Tage später zum Flughafen, hatten wir dann vorsorglich storniert. Hier hat es mit der Rückzahlung geklappt.
Service war nicht gerade hilfreich, da schlecht zu verstehen, akustisch.

Alles zeer vlot geboekt. Op tijd voldoende informatie gekregen waar chauffeur zou staan op de luchthaven, inderdaad met ons naambordje. Zeer vriendelijke en behulpzame chauffeur. Terugreis was ophalen om 2u45 en stipt op tijd was de chauffeur daar. Ook weer een zeer vriendelijke en behulpzame chauffeur, we kregen zelfs 2 flesjes water aangeboden. Ik zou deze dienst/firma zeker nog terug gebruiken bij een volgende reis.

When I arrived at my holiday the shuttle wasn’t there to take us to the apartment, we had to wait an hour . On our return the transfer didn’t arrive we had to pay for a taxi , not happy with the service

The transfers were excellent, with no delays or issues. Drivers very helpful and attentive.
Would use the service again.

Terrible service when we arrived at the airport and then when we needed to change pick up time due to change in flight no body answered the phone or messages when they finally did on the morning of departure we were told its too late!!!

Went to Benidorm booked through hays travel rutherglen absolutely disgraceful, in arrival no one to meet us and we booked private transfer for 4 people and 4 cases , told to go down stairs at airport twice up and down then they called an hour later. Finally got to our hotel but on the way back we were told to be outside for 08-40 am which we were from 8-30 am at 09-05 no sign of transfer and we got a taxi , whilst in the taxi at approximately 09-15 we were called by this company asking were we were and told them we had to pay again for a taxi. Then they just hang up with no explanation

I booked a package with BA Holidays and they made the horrible decision to choose Holiday Taxis as my transfer option.

Can it get worse? Yes, they booked me with another company, called TMT.

TMT didn't reply any of my calls or messages and I almost missed my flight.

They were not even waiting for me at the airport.

Misleading service, unsafe pick-up point, and disgusting customer service

On the way from the airport to my hotel everything went smoothly, but for my return journey I was told I had to walk 10–15 minutes down a steep hill with three small children and multiple suitcases to meet the coach.

I followed the instructions, struggling down the steep hill in the heat, only to find that once I boarded the coach, it drove just a few minutes and stopped a minute from our hotel. So why was I made to walk all that way when the coach clearly stops right near our hotel? It makes absolutely no sense.

To make things worse, I spent hours on the phone trying to get help from both the company’s helpline and the supplier’s helpline. The service was shocking — no one could help, no one could give a clear answer, and every time I asked a simple question, the reply was “I don’t know.” I was constantly passed between departments with no resolution.

Even worse, the woman on the UK phone line was rude and condescending, telling me that if I’m travelling with children, I should have booked a private hire — and said it in a way that felt like she was talking down to me, as if I couldn’t afford it. Absolutely disgusting and unprofessional behaviour.

This whole experience was stressful, unsafe, and completely unacceptable — especially for families with young children. I would never recommend this service to anyone. The communication is terrible, the organisation is poor, and the customer service is downright disrespectful.

Very efficient and prompt but a little bit hot in the car, air conditioning could of been a bit better.

This service was outstanding and far exceeded my expectations. It was by far the cheapest option I found online for a return transfer to Faro. For an extra £5 we had a 'luxury vehicle' and were picked up in a brand new Mercedes. A lovely lady was waiting for us in Arrivals with our name on a card. She took my case off me as soon as she saw us, gave us mints in the car and played music we liked. On our return journey, our driver was waiting outside the hotel 15 minutes before our pick up time and was equally friendly. This service cost about 30 quid more than a shared shuttle bus and it was so worth it

Instructions very easy to understand transfer was waiting for us as soon as we arrived no delays and arrived on time for our return flight .i have used other transfer in the past but this company has been the best my first time using them

The driver was excellent, very knowledgeable and made good conversation. The car itself wasn't fit for purpose as there was heavy rain and the water was leaking in from the rear window on top of us and also into the boot on top of our luggage.

If i could give zero i would! driver broke contract by waiting in his car, we were waiting inside as we were told by easyjet to do and the driver drove on and left us! Transfer didn't turn up for the return taxi and we nearly missed the flight. When i rang the and gave the reference number the girl said my reference was from 2017 and hung up! Found Bolt taxi's and they saved us a fortune not to mention no hassle! Don't give holiday taxis your business!

The organization was very good. The taxi did arrive in time. The announcement when the pickup would be came as promised 24 hours before the departure.
To be improved: The pick-up time was 4 hours before the airplane departure. This left me with 3 hours waiting time at the airport.
The driving skills of the local diver cannot be described as „defensive“. I guess I have never seen anybody using his headlight flash as often as this driver, constantly using neither the right nor the left lane, instead driving in the middle. I guess this is the local stille of driving - but this can be improved by training.

This was my first time using Holiday Taxis service and it was 100% positive and reliable. Appreciate confirmation that was sent to the hotel a few days before the transfer. The driver was on time, looking professional. The car was comfortable, clean and in good condition. The ride was smooth and felt safe. Thank you for your service. Highly recommend!
