I had a great experience with HomeEase. Although buying my house was stressful, after signing the contract with HomeEase, everything went perfectly without any issues.

Ilan bietet einen exzellenten Service und eine vollumfängliche Begleitung beim Wohnungskauf, angefangen von der Sondierung der Angebote und der Vereinbarung von Besichtigungsterminen über die Beratung beim Kauf, dem Stellen der richtigen Fragen vor Vertragsabschluss und zur Finanzierung bis hin zur Begleitung zu Notar und Schlüsselübergabe. I can’t recommend working with Ilan highly enough! With incredible speed of answering — even the smallest questions — by WhatsApp and email, he guided me through every step of the process, scrutinizing every word of the documents in question to a degree that impressed every other professional involved in the transaction, and carefully and patiently educating me along the way in English. I couldn’t feel more confident in all the choices that were part of this process thanks to Ilan’s honest and thorough way of processing a complex situation toward a great outcome. Ilan’s help was invaluable throughout the whole process of buying an apartment. What truly set Ilan apart was his dedication. Even while on holiday in Mexico, he remained available to us. He coordinated with other real estate agents, the notary, and our finance advisor seamlessly, making the entire process stress-free for us. Additionally, he helped us by find a legal translator for the mortgage.
Ilan briefed us in every step of the process. The German documents and the whole history of the building, he briefed all of them for us.

Ilan has been a tremendous help throughout the entire process of purchasing my flat. Ich hatte das Gefühl mit seiner Unterstützung die optimale Entscheidung zu treffen und habe mich darin absolut sicher gefühlt. Er hat die erforderliche Fachkenntnis und ich habe mich zu jeder Zeit umfassend betreut gefühlt. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Ilan has been an all around full support for me in the process of the flat purchasing. He understood my requirements , basically searched for me, handled my loan, checked the contract, arranged the notary appointment and accompanied me to it as well. But he didn't stop here, he lead the renovation, managed the furnishing and is now managing the apartment too. I couldn't have wished for more support than this.
