Extremely easy to use. Use it to take washing and clothes upstairs as well as just going upstairs. More importantly feel very safe and secure on it. I don’t know how I would manage without it .

The fact that the company did everything they promised was good news.
They were prompt, easy and pleasant to deal with and did a very good job fitting a curved stairlift in little over three hours.

The fitter arrived punctually, ensured we were aware of how he would be fitting the lift before completing the installation very tidily . He gave a full demonstration and then a check ride to check my husband understood how to operate the lift before leaving.

We enquired about a stairlift quote from a number of companies, homelife been the first to visit our home , the gentleman was a pleasure to deal with, very professional and knowledgeable and answered all our questions. We placed a order the next day and the following week a engineer came and fitted the lift in under 2 hours , he demonstrated how to use the lift and made sure we fully understood, he was very polite and helpful. Homelife stairlifts are a professional and helpful great value company which I would recommend to anyone wanting a stairlift fitted. It as made my partners life so much better , so pleased we contacted homelife.

Having had a number of visits and quotes from various stairlift companies we settled with Homelife because the product was robust and compared to other companies the price was reasonable. The sales person who initially came was very pleasant and professional. He did not indulge in a “ hard sell.” Both the surveyor and fitter were equally pleasant. No mess was created and we would recommend the company to others.

Initially I was impressed with the speed you contacted me, the day after I registered my enquiry.
I liked the personal service when your agent came to my mothers house.
Everything was explained fully to us and installation was arranged for the following week.
Mum is so happy with her new found independence.

I ordered 2 stairlifts for my home, unfortunately in the first instance I wasn't able to be at the property to discuss the lift so a family member was there and there was a lack of communication between the company to myself which involved one stairlift having to be removed and modified and replaced. BUT they this with no expense, drama and we're very efficient in managing this for me, they updated me with regular timescales, measurements when required, the engineer's were polite helpful and well mannered, the operations manager was brilliant in handling everything for me, both stairlifts are fitted and working brilliantly! There so easy to use and comfortable. I have an extended warranty from my package, the whole service it self went from a little uneasy to absolutely fully satisfied I couldn't be more pleased with the company and the service I was provided with. Professional, compassionate, skilled in their profession, great prices would highly recommend this company!

We would recommend this stairlift to anyone, the service was spot on,within less than two weeks of our first enquiry, the lift was fitted and working, it took a few hours to install and there was no mess to clear Thank-you to all involved.

Very informative about the stairlift prior to agreeing to the installation. Very pleasant salesperson and friendly. Installation was great, not intrusive to our daily life. Very neat product and fully happy with it. Should have got it sooner. Price was pretty reasonable. No complaints. Good after sales communication.

I would have given five stars if I hadn't had to chase up the installation. It was installed by a nice very helpful and polite fitter in the time we were told to expect. It is a very useful addition to the house and will be much used by my husband who has Parkinsons and could no longer use the stairs.

The product is excellent and the assessor and fitters were friendly efficient and helpful.
The only fly in the ointment was that it ceased to work between Christmas and New Year, which was very awkward as my wife was stuck downstairs with no bed. There was no engineer available until January 4th! Fortunately, inspection revealed an obvious loose wire and an obvious place to put it back, so it worked again . They did come on the 4th and checked it thoroughly, which was good, but we feel that someone should be available during public holidays

We’ve had a reconditioned stairlift with bespoke stairlifts for 15 years but alas had come to the end of its life. They dealt with discussing the options well. Came and measured up and removing the old stairlift and inserting the new one in a timely manner.
Unfortunately it didn’t go as far down and finished over the last step making it difficult for able bodied people to get past.
They dealt with this problem well , came out and removed the too short bottom section and 2 weeks later came back and refitted it perfectly.

From the salesman ( surveyor) through to the engineer fitting the stair lift Homelife Stair lift staff were extremely helpful and polite. This is a company with whome it is a pleasure to deal with. There was never any hard sell and I was at ease throughout .
I highly recommend this company.

Unfortunately my wife was in hospital when the stairlift was fitted, she returned home housebound and was unable to use the lift. I asked the company if they could remove the lift. They wanted to charge me £250 to remove it and after spending nearly £1000 would no doubt sell it on. This is appalling behaviour, I would have thought a partial refund would be far more customer friendly This request was made in December, actual date below is not accurate
