Absolutely HORRIBLE Customer Service!!
Absolutely HORRIBLE!!! Haven't resolved my issue in over 2 weeks. And they are rude. Completely incompetent. Were supposed to send me an email to fill out a form and never sent it. I have to keep chasing them and Walmart is not helpful with the process either. They take your money and after that they don't care about anything. Told me they would give me back 10% on a chair that was sent with the wrong legs. Why would I pay 90% on a chair where THEY sent me the wrong chairs!!!!! That's stealing!!! CRAZY!!! Complete jerks!!

I have received a full refund. Finally spoke with someone who assured me that I would receive a full refund and I did. So I added a star for that. Would still not order thru them bc it was a very stressful process. As someone else said…maybe ok if everything goes as planned, but that’s a BIG if. They need a new shipping company for sure.

Orders a sofa table from them that was much cheaper than what was offered in stores…buyer beware…all that glitters isn’t gold. The initial delivery date was supposed to be ~ 10/6. Well then I received a message from Metropolitan Warehouse that it would be 10/16. I arranged for the “ white glove” delivery. I was told that I would receive a courtesy call with a delivery window timeframe…never happened. I wasted precious time on a rare somewhat work free Saturday. By 5 pm, I called bc I hadn’t heard from anyone. They told me that they were delayed by problems with a delivery earlier in the day, but that they would be on their way. I was stop #10 and they were on #7. Never heard from anyone again. Tried to call later that night and nothing but VM’s saying they were closed. No one had called even by noon on Monday when I was finally able to break away from work. So I spoke with Homesquare who connected me on a 3 way call with the delivery company. The company confirmed that their Saturday deliveries were not completed, adding that there was no explanation why. Then they said that the soonest they could deliver it was 10/26, which I couldn’t do. I told them I just wanted my money back. They said sure and the order was canceled. But the. I asked them what about all of the fine print of if you cancel an order that you would have to pay shipping costs, restock fees. The Homesquare rep just started stuttering finally saying it would “try” to make sure that didn’t happen and that he was escalating this to a higher level. I asked to speak with someone at a higher level both with that rep and another one with whom I spoke to later. They talk around that and you are just told that they will call you back or send an email. Only thing 2nd rep offered was that they would “try” to make the shipping company pay, but no guarantees. Then at end of day I received a nondescript email from customer service saying unfortunately the item had already shipped and they would refund my money once the order is rerouted. My main question still was not answered, so I will have to try to c if I have recourse thru my bank bc I refuse to pay them a couple of hundreds of dollars for shipping that didn’t occur and don’t know if it was ever going to occur. They obviously keep using the same pathetic company, as I saw their name in an earlier post. No reason for any of them to stop being shady and thieving…yes thieving individuals…when there is no real consequences for their crooked behavior…IF YOU VALUE YOUR MONEY…for me over $1300…STAY AWAY!!!!

I ordered a rug from Homesquare through Walmart. I got a notification that it was shipped with an expected delivery date four days later. Two weeks goes by and nothing. It turns out that they never actually shipped it. I contacted Walmart who reached out to Homesquare. Homesquare cancelled the order. They did refund my money a few days later. I will never deal with this company again.
HOMESQUARE IS A HORRIBLE COMPANY
Ordered desk through Walmart but seller is Homesquare. Was sent through FedEx which was delayed. 1 of 2 boxes finally arrived but FedEx couldn't find 2 of 2 box. Contacted Homesquare who gave me another tracking # which FedEx said they found it and refused to deliver because it was damaged. Asked for a refund which they finally gave me BUT refused to give me the tax I paid. Walmart reimbursed me for the tax BUT THEY ALSO REFUSED TO PICK UP THE 1ST BOX!! They LIED and said they can't schedule it to be picked up BUT I ordered this same desk through another seller on AMAZON who didn't hesitate to schedule the pick up of that order. Horrible experience. I kept requesting they pick it up and they kept telling me to either donate it or throw it away. The box is too heavy for me to move and who the hell is going to want a half of desk.
Zero care at all
Zero care at all. I ordered an item that ended up getting held up in shipping. I contacted Homesquare and they gave me a response that made it clear that they not only had not bothered to look up the order and shipping information to assist in any way, they didn't even read my email about what the issue was. Waited a little linger hoping the shipped item would appear and contacted them again, to get a similar response. When I pointed out that it was obvious that they had not read the issue and I was looking for assistance bc the item was expensive, desperately needed, and at this point a month late, they simply refunded me the total amount (I never once asked for a refund, just assistance in communicating with the shipping company to get the order).
I have a feeling that this company is probably ok if absolutely nothing goes wrong, but if you have an issue you are not going to get help. Would NOT order from again.

We received our order when we were told it would be. Absolutely what we expected. One of the screws we received was stripped. We contacted home square & we were shipped new screws. We really like our tables we ordered.

I emailed them on 6/29/21no reply, 7/1/21 no reply, 7/08/21 no reply, 7/19/21 no reply and today. I have already paid for these item. My item on July 16, 2021. I received a message on July 19, 2021 that my item was shipped to the delivery company. The delivery company called me on 7/21/2021 to schedule delivery and I advised that my ZIP Code was incorrect.I was advised that I had to call Home Square to correct it which I did. I have yet to receive an updated date on shipping or my item. Home square customer service is very responsive, however it seems that the delivery company metropolitan is not as they are HS is not able to provide me with updated shipping info. I am beyond frustrated at this point!!!

I have just finished speaking with Brandy at Prepac. She confirmed the third package of three to be delivered with this order is in "Lost Status" with the shipper UPS.
There was no consideration or concession offered by Brandy at Prepac to replace the missing package - only her story of "I am expected to wait" until UPS has admitted the "Lost Package" cannot be located.
I do not have the time to wait for issues that Prepac has the shipper they chose - I will wait 24 hours then dispute the charges on my credit card and return this order to you.
Please forward your return shipping labels by 2:pm EST on 7/30/2021.

Worst, I ordered a mirror weeks ago. FedEx listed it as damaged and was being returned per sellers request. Trying to get a replacement has been a nightmare. No one can give me a answer of when or if a replacement is coming or out of stock. Think twice before you order from this company.

They sent me black. I emailed them and they told me they would check with the "manufacturer".
They were told that it only comes in black.
Contacted them ,let them know that its deceptive business practice and false advertising to sell something ,you claim doesn't exist.
I had to take it back to the store.
This has gone on for over 2 1/2 weeks.

I’ve purchased these same cabinets before however for some reason they became unavailable via the usual big box stores. I continued to look on line until I found home square. The price was reasonable and the staff friendly when I called with a couple of questions. I placed my order via their website without a glitch and the best part is they arrived sooner than expected. Definitely bookmark their website.
