dining room set 5-piece
My dining room set arrived yesterday. It was in perfect condition. I had spoke to customer service rep and they gave me a delivery date. Arrived on schedule. The customer service rep was really nice . Thank you home square for an easy purchase. I am now looking for more furniture on the website. I definitely will be a return customer.
Terrible customer service
Customer service chose not to respond to my concerns until after the 60-days so they could rely on the return policy to refuse to return the items purchased which are still boxed in the original packaging never opened. No one will call to discuss the matter. They only respond via email. Extremely poor customer service & product guarantee.
My order came just when it was supposed…
My order came just when it was supposed to, but it was the totally wrong color. So I was very disappointed and probably won't order from home square ever again.

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. They lost my furniture and won't refund me until they can locate it. I have been told they will get back to me in 1-2 business days 5 times and I never hear back. Do not order from this site.
Buffet purchase
Bought a buffet from Homesquare. Was sent the wrong item and the top board was broken on one end. Tried day after day to contact customer service to no avail. Homesquare should be made to stand by their products. Their customer service is nonexistent. Do not buy from them!

We ordered a sectional couch and the hooks to attach the two sections together are misaligned so not all of the legs are touching the ground and the two sections are slightly offset from one another.
HORRIBLE customer service- they have a phone number to call ONLY for new orders. Customer service for existing orders is only handled through email, and they are atrocious with responding- won't respond for months, we follow up, receive one response and then no follow up or action taken. Last correspondence was they promised to send additional parts (which isn't the issue in the first place) and we have not received the parts and they have not replied to our latest email letting them know the parts never arrived.
We bought this couch over a year ago and the issue is still unresolved. Not worth it.

I Purchased a outdoor table and 4 stools from walmart.com but they were sold by Homesquare.com. it was $700 for the set. They were supposed to be brown. The few pieces I received were black. The order was missing 2 stools, the table top and the hardware for the table. Very very disgusted to say the least
Worst experience ever
Worst experience ever! Ordered a vanity that was delivered with a broken sink which damaged the cabinet. They only replaced the sink and not the cabinet. Vanity was supposed to be preassembled which is now left for us to figure out and gave us no discount. They refuse to speak on the phone only through email. Terrible experience. Stay clear!

Worst worst!!!!! I wish I saw this before I bought my sofas from Walmart.com the original seller is home square!! The site on Walmart says you can return it to Walmart and Walmart does not take them back, now customer rep wants me to take them to ontario which is 3 hours away to take the items and maybe get a refund? Wth! Maybe!!!! This is the worst worst company!!!!! Don’t buy! The sofas were hard not what we expected and cheaply made not worth 1300 I paid!
Finding a different supplier was the resolution
In the end we decided to purchase a similar leather sectional from a more reputable and customer friendly company "Overstock" this company had much better reviews the item was similarly priced and customer service was very helpful. Although we're still waiting for delivery of the leather sofa I feel much more confidant of the final outcome. Go with your gut feeling when dealing with suppliers.
Homesquare is a legitimate scam
Homesquare is a legitimate scam. Ordered an expensive mirror. Waited and waited. Got a shipment confirmation. It never arrived. Sent 40 something emails. They promised me a refund. I never got my money back. Straight up thieves. Don't know how they sleep at night. What goes around comes around, Homesquare.
Ordered 2 chairs ...The color did not…
Ordered 2 chairs ...The color did not match my decor. Furthermore the gray shown in the picture is actually metallic... if the picture was accurate or if the description had mentioned that I would not have chosen the items.
Returning the chairs was more expensive than the chairs due to the shipping ( 250.00 per chair plus the restock fee)
Therefore, I have 2 chairs that I cannot use still wrapped and sealed up in my garage.
I have contacted or tried several times to contact Home Square/Cymax about accepting the discount they offered to keep the chairs.
I have also requested multiple times via email for a confirmation of the discount.
Never a response back.
Very dissatisfied with the description of the chair to begin with as it was deceptive to the entire process of returning and now no reply or confirmation regarding the discount.
Beyond unprofessional
Perhaps dishonest if I never hear back from them about the discount.

Purchase from home square item woz damaged they never returned any of my emails or phone calls I opened dispute a month later I got recharged with no communications still I will never ever order from this company again.
What ever happened to HONESTY or ETHICS?
I ordered 2 end tables exactly alike from Houzz.com On the delivery date only 1 table arrived. I contacted them immediately through their "My Orders" Message System. After the 1st back and forth email exchange, I realized that it was actually a company called HomeSquare that the order had been channeled through. I could bore you with all of the details but let's just say that it has now been 5 weeks since the delivery date was 1st scheduled. I was given a 2nd delivery date and that passed 1 week ago. DO NOT BUY FROM HOME SQUARE or HOUZZ. There was even a THIRD company involved...Atlantic Furniture. I think they sent 1 item and then laughed at the dumb American they ripped off. OMG! What ever happened to TRANSPARENCY or HONESTY? They went right out the window with ETHICS.

Don't waste your time and money. I bought a Sectional less than 6 months. I tried for 6 months to get the issue resolved. My cushions sit very low, low,low,low, and uncomfortable. The back cheap hard wood. Feels like your sitting on a hard wood bench. Customers Service over the phone and through email a waste of time. They had no problem taking my money. The Company is not in the USA! Customers Service is very unprofessional! Do not buy from this Company!!! I wish there was a 0 on here. SCAM!

Don’t buy from this company. They are terrible. I wish I had read the reviews first. I purchased a picture on Sunday, tried to cancel the order because I found it cheaper. I tried to cancel it the same day, by calling. The company was closed. I sent an email, no response. I checked my credit card statement, they had taken the payment. I checked my account with them and email, no record that I had ordered the item. I was trying to cancel the item that way. I called and emailed again the following morning. I was told they couldn’t help me and I was hung up on. My emails have not been answered. I have never had problems ordering online. Please read the reviews before ordering. There are pretty accurate. Lesson learned. First and last time dealing with this company. I wish I could give them 0 stars!

I ordered a mattress they sent the wrong one I immediately told them it was wrong they said they sent what I ordered and cannot replace it after numerous emails they claim they are saying a new mattress is being sent but with covid they are unable to know time line and more emails now my mattress is not being sent because they say they sent the correct order already I try to buy a replacement mattress with no.luck even if I pay for the new one now they are just avoiding me

Ordered item
Ordered item, came with no manual and no hardware to put it together. Called Walmart, they said no one answered so they would send them an email. Oh, and instead of just sending a replacement. I have to wait at least 2 days for the response and they were not sure how homesquare would resolve the problem. Last time walmart online gets my order.
