I purchased something from this shop. Spent over £160 since on the 25th of December and till today 20th of January I have still not received it, tried reaching them through email, but no response. Awful service overall.

Salve ho comprato una tuta completa giacca e pantalone grigia chiara per uomo dal negozio JD al primo lavaggio fatto scrupolosamente a mano e uscita tutta piena di macche di colore come se fosse sbiadita e uno schifo aver speso 140€ e mai indossata adesso voglio capire chi mi risarcisce per questo problema. 140€ non si trovano percaso sono tanti e io voglio essere risarcita

Bought some Joggers for Christmas in a size S when they arrived the package said S but the label inside was XS. Response time from Customer service was already slow as it had taken longer to dispatch. Being close to Christmas I reordered the S again so I had the correct size for the big day. These arrived swiftly thankfully. However, returning the other pair has been a thankless task. Multiple messages to customer service with no response. Thinking I was going to be stuck with these Joggers I gifted them to my Sister only to finally get a response after nearly 2 weeks of waiting. I wont be buying direct from you again as the experience has been pretty painful.

TUTA HOODRICH FELPATA: PESSIMA. Confermo i problemi di un altro utente: il tessuto si sfalda, lasciando pelucchi ovunque, rovinando gli altri capi di abbigliamento che vengono in contatto (ad esempio l'intimo). Non ho osato usare la lavatrice per il lavaggio, ma il lavaggio a mano è ingestibile. Zero stelle.

Metto una stella perché non posso darne meno!! Ma metterei -0 se potessi!!!
Ho acquistato la tuta HOODRICH per mio figlio su JD, la prima volta indossata non mi ero accorta di nulla ma trovavo peluche in tutta la casa, e ho capito che era quell'orribile tuta a sfaldarsi tutta! Ho pensato che lavandola si fosse risolto il problema ma ho trovato peluche anche dentro la lavatrice!!!! L'ho fatta mettere per la seconda volta a mio figlio ma continua a sfaldarsi tutta,che vergogna!!!! Ho pagato profumatamente un prodotto che ( sembrava buono...) e in realtà sono solo tessuti scadenti!!! Avrei fatto meglio a comprarla dai cinesi, non mi avrebbero fregato tutti questi soldi! Vergogna !!!! spero che non ci caschi più nessuno ,la gente fa sacrifici per comprare i vestiti ai propri figli,e voi vi prendete gioco solo perché avete un marchio,un marchio che presto la gente scoprirà quanto è scadente!!! Non possfare il reso perché l'ho già lavata ma l'avrei spedita immediatamente ! Vergogna !!!!

I ordered on the 10th of Dec 2025 and was told I would have to wait 5-10 business days. Today is the 31st of Dec and I still haven't received the item. On the 25th I emailed looking for an update and I have still not received a reply. There's not even a link I can track the item on.

Ordered on december 19th item doesn’t say dispatched yet I’ve emailed 3 times asking about it and no one has got back to me

Indican que me han entregado el paquete el día de navidad, lógicamente es una estafa , ninguna agencia entrega paquetes en este día, me han estafado con 82€ , he escrito y no contestan con lo que le voy a ponerles una denuncia y posteriormente al banco , he tenido que cancelar la tarjeta bancaria y todo.

Buenas tardes. Hice un pedido de un pantalón para mí nieto el 17 de diciembre. Tras realizar el pago no me ha llegado número de seguimiento ni nada. Me he puesto en contacto al correo electrónico que aparece en la página y no me han contestado. Me siento estafada. ¿Dónde puedo interponer una denuncia? Veo que no soy la única afectada.

I placed an order on 20/12/2025 Saturday and paid for 24-hour delivery, but the jacket is still with Royal Mail.

I have a flight tomorrow at 5 PM and the jacket is a gift for someone outside the UK. It is essential that it arrives before I leave, otherwise I cannot use it at all after my trip.

I hope Hoodrich can process the delivery urgently, as the delay is very stressful.

Me ha pasado lo mismo que a vosotros pero esta vez con la página Hoodricheshop.com . Hice el pago y el seguimiento sale desde Hong Kong , diciendo que el pedido ha sido entregado y firmado un mes después de la salida sin tener el paquete en casa. El nombre que sale en el pago es Cae mode y la página de seguimiento Track718.net. Al ponernos en contacto con esa página nos dicen que tenemos que ponernos en contacto con el transportista que no existe.

Ordered a coat on the 2nd of December after fully reading the delivery times 3-5 working days, by the 14th of December still no coat!! checked the tracking and royal mail are still waiting for the parcel. I emailed costumer service to ask when I might receive my order, and got no response checked my spam folder still no response.. Emailed them again on the 16th as apparently royal mail still don't have the parcel again no response. but I did receive an email asking for a review on the coat "the coat I am still waiting for that is" I understand it's a busy time of year but no order takes this long to process and no communication is very poor business

I ordered an item and found that it was delivered and put inside a common shared electric box, health and safety??? they dont care where they put, unfortunately the item was removed and electric box locked away. I complained this to hoodrich and their reply without even reading my email properly was to say it was delivered. told them to read my email again and their response we delivered and we dont care how it was delivered, appalling. They couldnt even send me a replacement, the item was just £28. 1st and last time ordering from this company. If something happened inside the electric box, who takes responsibility.

UPDATE: As you can see by their reply below, they cant read my review properly, i already have contact your customer service and they told me twice that it was delivered and they cant do anything about it. You did not deliver it to my address but to a shared electric box, all i got told is to contact bank to get refund. Appalling reply again.

I’m really not happy I bought a pair of joggers and the stitch work is falling out and terrible made I brought online on the 5th delivery was the 8th Iv been emailing hoodrich every day I finally got a reply that they would send someone from dpd to collect on the 12th and once again no reply Iv been emailing hoodrich every day as this is to be a Christmas present for my son I have re order another pair but when will I be refunded and item collected

I ordered a coat for my son from Hoodrich, but I’ve had issues with the delivery. Royal Mail are currently holding the parcel and have said they intend to return it to Hoodrich, although they can’t give me a clear timeframe.

I contacted Hoodrich customer service by email four days ago to ask what I could do in the meantime, especially as the coat is for my son’s Xmas present Unfortunately, I’ve had no response at all.

The lack of communication has been really frustrating and has left me feeling anxious, as I don’t want to disappoint my son on xmas. A quick reply or some guidance would have gone a long way. Very disappointed with the customer service so far.

He llegado aquí buscando gente que le ocurriese algo similar. Veo que el modus operandi de hoodrich.es sigue siendo el mismo desde hace demasiado tiempo. Es indignan que ni la marca oficial ni la policía puedan hacer algo al respecto. Hice mi pedido en día 2 de noviembre. El seguimiento me llego pero envían el pedido desde Hong Kong, primera cosa sospechosa. El cargo de la tarjeta corresponde a un nombre extraño. Por mas que escribas no recibirás nada. Asi que denuncia y al banco a reclamar. Escribí a Hoodrich oficial pero me ha llegado un mensaje de que mi email es considerado spam para ellos...en fin, indignante. Si queréis que nos unamos entre varios y hacer algo al respecto escribidme por favor.

Hola lo siento era una página falsa casi idéntica a la vuestra espero que trabajes en denunciar a todas las páginas falsas que hay porque no es justo que vuestra marca tenga esa imagen

Ich habe mir am 22.10.2025 eine Hose bei Hoodrich bestellt, für 88,10€. Jetzt will ich sie zurückschicken, jetzt kommt der Hammer: Die Gutschrift beträgt jetzt nur noch 80,10€! Davon werden noch zusätzlich 14€ abgezogen, für das Rücksendeetikett. Macht dann noch eine Gutschrift von 66,10€! Aber nur wenn keine Mängel festgestellt werden, was garantiert noch dazu kommen wird. 😉 Hoodrich will euch nur abzocken! Lasst die Finger davon!!!
