Delivery was great was and quick, took the bike to a mountain bike specialist shop the get a pump for the tyres. The bike specialist overlooked the bike; explained and showed (a lot of the pre built parts) were installed incorrectly and will have to be repaired.

The bike is perfectly safe on the arrival with 80% assembly. I gave the 4 stars due to the delivery process that separated the battery package and the bike package.
