Very helpful service
Very helpful service, even providing me with a free room for a business meeting. If you know what to expect then it will meet you expectations. There is no bar or restaurant and they tell you that. Instead there is a small shop to buy items. There is a large communal area though with a pool table, pinball ans PacMan with lots of space to sit and have your coffee/beer and talk.
Room are decorated with street art and the hotel has an urban/industrial feel to it. It’s in a quiet area with lots of bars restaurants and shops as you walk towards the main centre.
Overall a nice vibe. It doesn’t have some things but then you’re not paying for those.

I do not recommend this booking platform.
Unfortunately, the information provided in the listings is not always accurate. The price is presented as the total price, including taxes and all fees, but later it turns out that additional charges, such as a city tax, still have to be paid.
In my case, the price was shown as EUR 75 per night, but after taking the additional charges into account, the actual cost was around EUR 90 per night. I believe such fees should be clearly disclosed at the time of booking, rather than revealed afterwards.
What is particularly disappointing is that competing booking platforms provide this information much more transparently. They clearly show the total cost of the stay, how much needs to be paid in advance, and what amount will have to be paid at the hotel, for example as a city or tourist tax. This allows customers to know from the beginning how much their stay will actually cost.
The communication via WhatsApp was initially very quick and helpful. However, the situation changed as soon as I pointed out that the information provided in the listing was inaccurate. After I raised this issue, the company essentially stopped responding, and my subsequent messages were left unanswered.
I definitely do not recommend this platform if you value transparent pricing, accurate information, and reliable customer service.

They list hotels with inaccurate…
They list hotels with inaccurate information. After booking a non-refundable hotel, I received an email stating that I had to pay an additional deposit, a city tax, and a late check-in fee. Also, the hotel’s address did not match the one listed on the website. The hotel simply offers apartments in different parts of the city that require additional travel by public transportation, but they are not located at the address listed on the website.
After receiving an email with information about the additional charges and a request for a refund, my refund request was denied.

We are sorry to read your review; however, we would respectfully like to clarify several points, as the description provided does not accurately reflect the circumstances of this reservation.
Firstly, our Support Team responded promptly to your communications and provided assistance regarding your concerns.
Regarding the location, the property’s address is clearly displayed on HotelsNest before booking, together with an interactive online map allowing guests to review the location prior to confirming their reservation.
The security deposit is also disclosed within the property information. A refundable security deposit is a common practice for apartment accommodation and, provided the property’s conditions are met, it is returned to the guest.
More importantly, as confirmed during our communication with you, you did not check in or stay at the accommodation. Therefore, you were never charged the security deposit or the late check-in fee mentioned in your review.
For the same reason, we are unclear how it could be concluded from an actual stay that the accommodation was located somewhere different from the address displayed on our website, since the check-in did not take place.
Your reservation was booked under a non-refundable rate, and the applicable cancellation conditions were presented before the booking was confirmed. A request to cancel a non-refundable reservation does not automatically entitle the reservation to a refund.
We fully respect every guest’s right to share their experience. However, reviews should also accurately reflect what occurred. Given the points above—particularly that our team responded promptly, the relevant information was disclosed, no security deposit or late check-in fee was charged, and the accommodation was never checked into—we kindly ask you to reconsider and revise your one-star rating so that it fairly reflects the actual circumstances of the reservation.

We had a lovely stay in hotel el nest on the final day of our camino trip. The stay was lovely and relaxing just what we needed after all the walking. The hotel is central and just a short walk into the shopping area. The staff in particular were so helpful and allowed us to leave our bags in reception as our flight was in the evening. A lovely girl called Rita was very helpful and very prompt over WhatsApp’s and organised transfers to the airport for us at short notice. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anybody.

Excellent booking experience
I had a really positive experience using this hotel booking site. The website was easy to navigate, there was a great range of accommodation to choose from, and the booking process was quick and completely hassle-free.
The information provided was clear, my booking confirmation came through promptly, and everything was exactly as expected.
I was a little nervous about using them as they were much cheaper than any other site and I had not heard of them but I emailed the hotel after booking and everything was in order.
Overall, a seamless and reliable experience. I would definitely use the site again and have no hesitation recommending it to others!
