Simple and transparent process
The whole booking went smoothly and the price differences shown for bookings on different days was very informative. Will probably book Theoxenia Hotel Piraeus with hotelsnest more often in the future.

Super helpful support
It is the first time I use hotelsnest so I have to say that I was a bit weary, but it definitely won't be the last time. I made a mistake in a non-refundable booking and called support in Greece. They were extremely helpful, talked to the hotel, changed my date and called me back to let me know. All this was in less than 5 minutes!

We found the hotel we wanted through…
We found the hotel we wanted through hotels nest at the best price. we booked the hotel then had to change the dates so contact hotels nest who contacted the hotel and managed to change the date with no extra cost would recommend and we will use them again

I did a mistake in my booking
I did a mistake in my booking. I was selecting a Date in September instead of August. Once I arrived at the Hotel with my Friends, we found out. The Hotel suggested to call the Agency the next day to clarify it. I called the agency the next day and Lisa a super friendly advisor of your Company gave me a feeling of Comfort and Security as she told me she will take care of it and will send me an email later. So she did. it was so uncomplicated and comfortable. So that i think i will Book again via your Plattform and that Hotel, which I was doubting when I was at the reception as anything seemed complicated. Thank you Lisa so much for your Great Support! Also thanks to the Hotel.

Great deal, legit site, no scam! A real person’s review
If you’re in doubt about Hotelsnest’s legitimacy (like I was), read this review!
So in January 2025, I booked a stay at Lindos Aqua Terra for June 2025, a 4 star boutique hotel in Rhodes (can only recommend btw!!!) via Hotelsnest, as they had by far the best price. Checked Trustpilot beforehand, everything looked good. Only after completing the booking (which included a 50% non-refundable deposit), I took a closer look at the reviews on here… And noticed that a lot of them follow a very similar structure and come from (verified) accounts that have only written one review, incidentally for HotelsNest. Hm. That raised some doubts for me and I was scared I had been scammed, as their advertised WhatsApp support also took a few days to respond, and no one answered their hotline. Additionally, when the second payment was due, they said they weren’t able to charge my credit card and would cancel the booking (meaning bye-bye, non refundable deposit) if the second attempt didn’t work. Needless to say, I was sure I had been scammed as I didn’t even see an attempted charge in my American Express account. After all, there are quite a few negative reviews on here that criticize HotelsNest’s practices.
HOWEVER, everything worked out great in the end!!! I talked to a real, English-speaking woman on the phone with a British accent who helped resolve the credit card issue - and our booking at the hotel turned out to be real and confirmed, I am writing this review from the beach in Rhodes after 5 days of vacation! Thanks to HotelsNest, we did indeed get a great price and enjoyed quick customer support, at least the second time around, as many of the other reviews here say (real or not). So if you’re uncertain about the authenticity of HotelsNest like I was, I can reassure you everything is legit! And thanks to them, we had the best vacation in an otherwise even more expensive hotel. I would only kindly suggest that HotelsNest send an automatic “Are you ready for your upcoming stay?” email like 2 days beforehand, like Booking.com does. That would have reassured me more. Otherwise, I would totally use them again!
