We ordered our Marquis Spa V94L in April 2020. What an amazing product!

We are thoroughly pleased with our choice and Marquis clearly stand head and shoulders - even those with a more well used name.

Kenny and Carla are superb. Their sales were hassle free, pressure free and really informative - in a way that gave me all the information and none of the obligation to purchase.

Since purchasing the hot tub. It’s been amazing. Chemicals are a little tricky to get the hang of, but Kenny was really helpful and offered loads of advice. Delivery and installation was great and then not a year later we’ve moved and the team at HTO handled the entire relocation of my hot tub with absolute ease!

I’d never recommend or use anyone else.

Carla and Kenny did an amazing job, not only advising on the right unit, jets, etc but also in the incredibly job that they did in getting into our garden through an incredibly tight space. 5* sales, service and installation

Carla and Kenny are fabulous. Fact. From the moment you first speak with them, the sincere passion for what they do floods across you. It’s unstoppable. A great sales tool, too, as you quickly realise that you don’t want anyone else supplying your tub. We had a Marquis Crown spa from them, and it is superb. Actually, the pump was faulty, which was a disappointment to be candid, but the speed with which Kenny arrived, then identified the fault, replaced the item, and had the spa running on all cylinders beggars belief. This is proof to us just how much they care. Things do go wrong, parts can be faulty, but it’s how you fix them and the fashion in which you do so that marks you. They scored maximum points. As a footnote, the tub has worked beautifully since then, it’s powerful but really quiet (a boon for the neighbours), and it must be so well insulated because the energy cost has dropped dramatically since the old spa went.
All in all a fantastic purchase from people who will really look after you. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Carla and Kenny are utterly amazing at what they do! From initial visits to the show room, to the day of installation, they have both been superb!
Nothing is to much trouble, they go through everything in so much detail.
The hot tub is the most amazing present I have ever bought myself! I opted for micro silk as an extra and I’m so pleased that I did! That along with a Prosecco in hand is an ideal Saturday night combo!

As first-time hot tub buyers, we looked at several different hot tub suppliers and without doubt Hot Tubs Oxfordshire stood out from the crowd. As well as offering a high-quality range of hot tubs their customer service was over and above the others. Carla helped us choose the right hot tub for our requirements while Kenny carried out a site visit to ensure the planned hot tub location was suitable and to check access for delivery.

Hot Tubs Oxfordshire were extremely helpful and understanding with our difficult delivery schedule and worked closely with us and the crane company to ensure a smooth delivery of the hot tub. Installation day went incredibly smoothly, with Kenny taking the time to teach us how to operate the hot tub and treat the water.

All the way through the process Carla and Kenny have been easy to approach and have answered all our queries, provided guidance and support where needed and never made us feel pressurised into any decisions. We have had the help of Hot Tubs Oxfordshire for quite some time now. Having already come highly recommended to us, we got in touch with them when we needed our hot tub moved.

As individuals and as a team, they are both excellent and we are so thrilled to have been able to work with them. If/when our current tub goes to the grave yard; we will 100% purchase our new tub from them. Their range is excellent and we are confident with their product knowledge and expertise. The care and consideration they gave us with moving our tub, when it wasn’t even one of their own, just goes to show how dedicated to the industry they are and shows just how much they care about customer service.

I can’t find the right words to explain just how amazing this Carla and Kenny are.

Well after the last twelve months we could expect nothing less of our first weekend in our Hoyt tub but frost, sun and snow and yes we were out in all three!

Can’t thank Kenny and Carla enough for their help from our first emails and visit to the showroom to installation nothing was ever to much trouble.

Our visit to the showroom allowed us to sit in various different models, Carla was on hand to answer any questions but allowed us time and space to make our decision.

Installation day came a week earlier than booked so very happy and again can’t fault the service. Kenny and team arrived promptly and our hot tub was soon in place. We had a good explanation of how to manage the hot tub and it’s functions. COVID 19 restrictions were adhered to at all times.

Would recommend without any hesitation. We bought a Marquis 271.

We were moving house and needed our hot tub moved from one location to another. We had a slight issue on not being able to move the hot tub on the day of the move but Carla was amazing and very helpful, she went above and beyond to help us.
The hot tub was delivered to the new address by Kenny and his team. Both gentlemen were very helpful & polite. Despite it being a bit hard to get it across the garden from the back gate both guys kept smiling and made it look easy.

The Hot Tubs guys helped us with a relocation, when we bought a hot tub from one of their customer who were having it replaced. They were very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. They treated our tub with the same care as their customer’s new one and we got it home completely undamaged. Watching them move these enormously heavy hot tubs over rough terrain and through narrow gaps is quite something. I’d recommend them to anyone.

Well what can I say. From our initial enquiry to Carla to the removal of our old tub and the installation of our new tub the whole process was a pleasure. Nothing was too much trouble. Our old tub was super heavy and when Kenny & Keiran turned up I thought....you're short by at least two men. But no they removed with no trouble at all. The new tub was in and running the same day. The knowledge they also had when explaining how it worked was extensive. They clearly know what they are taking about. But what impressed me the most was the time and effort they took to include our 9 year old boy. They made him feel like he was part of the team. A real pleasure to see. I would recommend these as your number one go to place if you are looking for a new tub. Dave

Carla and Kenny have been fantastic from start to finish!!

My family and I visited Carla in July to have a look at different options that are available, she made us feel at ease and after sitting in a couple of tubs we made a choice of what we wanted, with no pressure from Carla to choose anything.

We were expecting delivery in January but Carla managed to bump us up the list to a pre-Christmas delivery, even with the cargo container issues at the ports, they still managed to get us installed before Christmas!

Installation by Kenny and his team was smooth and they arrived on time and explained the functions of the tub very well.

We purchased the Marquis Vector 21, 84l for our family of 5 and we are super happy with it and have used it loads even in this cold weather!!

Great service, great product and more importantly, Great team!!

I would definitely recommend getting your next hot tub from these guys!

We had our hot tub collected and delivered yesterday and the whole process was completely seamless. Carla was fantastic at organising the pick up and delivery and Kenny and helper were great at attempting the impossible but we are beyond happy with the service. From first contact to installation HTO were professional and efficient, inspiring trust & confidence which is important when making a purchase of this scale. The process of choosing the right tub for our needs made the experience a pleasure followed by a professional site visit and pre-installation checks which gave confidence in our decision. The site for our tub was always going to provide a challenge so on installation day there was a degree of trepidation however the level of pre-installation planning ensured everything went smoothly and according to plan. The training session was comprehensive and easy to understand which meant our first dip the following day was everything we hoped and expected it to be.
