Smooth experience
It was an easy and smooth process to get a guarantor as an international student. Housing Hand is also quick to respond and resolve any issues or problems with the renting situation or contract (I also wanted to thank Remi from their team for her help)

I'm really impressed by the whole…
I'm really impressed by the whole team's professionalism.l once got so furious when my letting agent and housing hand had to take necessary legal steps in securing my contracts yet I just wanted it done however.
The team would be calm as well as calming me down as I raged and I learnt a lot through that.

I’m extremely disappointed with the service provided. My family member was repeatedly contacted in a manner that felt pressurising and inconsiderate regarding a passport expiry issue. Rather than offering a clear solution or alternative, the communication came across as unnecessarily stressful and unprofessional. I had initially left a positive review when asked, but this follow-up experience has completely changed my opinion. I cannot recommend a service that lacks empathy and fails to handle sensitive matters with care. Her name is Remi Paul. Don’t beg for reviews with a bad service
