Exceptional Customer Service , Truly Impressed!

I had such a smooth and positive experience with Chim Wuche’s customer service. She was incredibly helpful, patient, and attentive throughout the entire process. You can tell she genuinely cares about the customers and goes the extra mile to make sure everything is sorted. Communication was clear and prompt, and I felt supported every step of the way.
If you’re looking for someone reliable, approachable, and professional , Chim is exactly that. Honestly one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time. Thank you!

Reliable and Supportive Guarantor Service for International Students

Housing Hand made the guarantor process incredibly smooth and stress-free for me. From start to finish, their team was responsive, professional, and clear in their communication. As an international student, I was initially anxious about meeting guarantor requirements, but Housing Hand handled everything efficiently and with great care.

A special thanks to Temitope, who went above and beyond by expediting my application on short notice. His prompt support ensured I could meet my accommodation deadlines without delay. I’m genuinely grateful for the excellent service and would highly recommend Housing Hand.

Speedy customer service on the phone

Speedy customer service on the phone. You can skip the A.I bot and simply say “i want to speak to someone”, that will fast track the experience for you. I was lucky enough to be connected with Chim Wuche who:

1) Was VERY clear and concise about the solution to my problem, broke everything down for me in the simplest terms and walked me through the entire process
2) Was very patient as i had a lot of questions and concerns
3) Was overall kind and understanding towards me and my stress levels towards the situation, really helped to mediate the entire situation

Hopefully this is a universal experience throughout their entire customer service, but very lucky i had the experience i had 🙏

Absolute Scam - AVOID

Absolute scam of a company who has held my refund for early tenancy termination for over 2 months without any update. I am told to email their refunds team but have not gotten any response back and am told there is no timeline for when to expect a refund.

Having looked into your account, and speaking with the refunds team, we can see that the refund took longer than it should have done with limited communication.

This is not the standard we aim to uphold and sincerely apologise for the added stress and frustration this may have caused.

Zero help if you also require a co-signor

You were of absolutely no help. If you want to charge for a service as a guarantor, but require a co-signor who is not a student, is employed, and not a tenant, then the co-signer can just as well be a gaurantor. Such a stupid service offering and even more stupid rule. Absolutely zero solution offered.

Thank you for sharing your information and allowing us to look into this further.

We can see you set up your account and unsubscribed from all communications shortly after.

We request a co-signer when we stand as guarantor so that we have an additional person to contact in the event of a rent default and not being able to contact the tenant directly to set up a repayment plan. The person who is provided as co-signer is not usually able to stand as guarantor themselves either due to not being UK based, not being a homeowner or they may have poor credit history, all of which can prevent someone from standing as guarantor in the UK. Housing Hand's requirements for a co-signer are that we do not require them to be referenced, they are aged 18 or over, in receipt of an income, not a student and not living in the property that we will be standing as guarantor for.
