Buying a car was easy at Howards. Customer service was excellent. The salesman Craig was really helpful and found just the right car for me. He brought the car to my house to test drive and I was really pleased with the quality of the car. I would definitely recommend buying from this Motor Group.

In March, I bought a new Citroen C3 from Howards at WSM from Kian Edwards. I just wanted to say a huge thank you to both Kian and all the Citroen staff who have looked after me. We are both so very pleased with the car, having now covered 1000 miles, and fully recommmend anyone thinking of changing vehicles to try out the new model Citroen C3, electric or 1.2 turbo.

Booked into Howard's Citroen W S M for my 2nd C3 Aircross service Monday 30/03 2026.
Car dropped off as arranged 8ish and collected 12ish as promised.
Service video provided as was the 1st service 12 months before. Very professional and informative video and very much appreciated.
On collecting my car, the work carried out was detailed in writing and explained to me by Grace of the service Dept. A very pleasant and pleasing experience meeting the staff of the service Dept.

I dropped my car off for an MOT at 9am and it was ready by 10. Prompt and professional service. And a shout out to the polite, helpful and cheerful staff on reception.

I was very impressed by the professionalism and care I received from Lorenzo from start to finish. I needed guidance obtaining a car on Motability and he explained the process very well and made it easy . Nothing was too much trouble.

The service I have received over the last two days from Howards Citreon has been outstanding. I contacted them about part-exchanging my car for another model. From the outset, Millie was helpful, efficient and caring. She took the time and trouble to help me find the right car. Nothing was too much trouble for Millie and everyone at Howards Citreon. Over the years I have always had good service from Howards. The service is exceptional and they deserve to do well.

Charlie at Wsm was amazing, very helpful and knowledgeable. He explored all options regarding my daughters needs with model and finance options. He was head and shoulders above the staff at other Hyundai dealerships that we had previously visited.I would highly recommend this branch.

HOWARDS AGAIN

I have just part exchanged my C3 for a new 2024 one - and the experience was fantastic - in contrast to the usual Citroen garage that I used in the past the team were absolutely on it, kept in touch with me exactly when they said they would, provided all the information in a timely way, and answered all my questions. It was an extremely quick and efficient service and I love my new car. A big thank you to Jamie and Ashley who helped me through the process!

As far as I know the service was done correctly however, the locking wheelnut key was left on the passenger seat, the boot carpet was left in the air because the case for the wheelnut key was not put back correctly, but the worst thing for me was the valet! the car went in cleaner than after the service to just pressure wash the car without drying it is very poor. I will use the company again but will insist that nobody cleans the car and I will inspect before I leave the premises.

Distance buy, never again!
Once they got the full payment, I was completely ignored.
They were late delivering the car and offered paint protection as compensation. This was poorly applied and didn't last long.
For successful PP, the paint should be machine polished and decontaminated prior to application. It was not.
I didn't hear from this dealer once the car was delivered. The delivery chap was very professional, unlike the garage.
A follow up call should've been made, particularly after a very late delivery that inconvenienced my plans.
The communication between sales and the workshop was a farce. Apparently the delay was due to my request of the latest software update. My local Kia dealership confirmed this was not even completed!
Avoid this dealership at all costs.
Thankfully, it's an excellent car!
