A sudden, worrying fault with our Toyota Yaris Cross took us to Howard’s Toyota in Weston super Mare. Richard listened, understood the worry and worked a miracle to sort the issue while we waited. Can’t thank him enough. Superb customer service.

Had a fantastic experience at Toyota Weston-super-Mare last Friday thanks to Richard Sparrow. I’m a driving instructor and desperately needed a tyre sorted with practical tests coming up this week. After trying several other garages with no luck, Richard was incredibly understanding and empathetic.
He checked stock immediately, got me booked in right away, and the mechanic sorted the tyre out super fast. Richard even arranged a kind discount since I'd only just bought a new tyre a few weeks ago. Outstanding service that kept my business running—thank you so much, Richard!

He was exceptional courteous and efficient and very helpful. This is so unusual these days and needs to be acclaimed. If this is due to staff training, it is good to know it is effective, but, I suspect is a lot to do with a very capable young man.

Great experience at Howards Toyota WSM when I took my car for an MOT and service recently. The drop off process was easy and, because I intended to work while I was waiting, I used the new desk seating area which was really comfortable. Nice to have hot drinks and biscuits there too. Becky was incredibly helpful, kept me informed throughout and checked in on me from time to time. A very pleasant experience all round. And I was very happy with my car too. The video explanation of what's going on with it is brilliant

Took my Yaris in for its service and MOT - the team were so friendly and helpful and Richard went above and beyond in terms of customer service and care. The car was cleaned, recommendations were explained clearly and thoroughly without any pressure to commit to advisories at this point.

We went to Howard's to buy a Honda jazz. We saw a very helpful man called Marcus. He sorted all the paperwork out and helped us by taxing the car. Marcus showed us around the car explaining what all the features do we are not that savvy with modern cars. We would highly recommend Marcus if you go into Howard's ask for Marcus he is a very friendly and likeable man. Joan and myself would like to thank you very much Marcus. 👍👍

Had my cars Mot and everything was superb, the Tyres were borderline pass so I was offered a surprisingly good price to get new ones fitted, which I did to save doing them later. All the staff at Howards Toyota were excellent and my car ca my e back to me nice and clean. Many thanks

I had a great experience buying my first Toyota, Jordan was helpful and made the process relaxed and not pressured as previous experiences at other garages have been stressful. I was also fortunate enough to take advantage of the event that was on that weekend so all in all was very pleased with my deal.

I was due to have a new car on my plan and previously had an appointment to see Jordan and ended up seeing Chris instead who was most welcoming, friendly and attentive. He understood my needs perfectly and bent over backwards so that I could have the car I wanted and went beyond measures to give me a good finance and great customer satisfaction. Chris John is very understanding of his client and knows his product extremely well. I would highly recommend him for any sales.

we brought our corolla from Howard’s Toyota , and our salesperson Marcus was amazing, the team at howard’s really look after the customers and we would recommend them to anyone
