I have just bought my 4th car from Howard Toyota.
The service has always been second to none.
Marcus couldn’t do anymore kept me informed at every point.
He advised and made it simple and quick.
I am also happy with the service I get at Toyota and the after sales
I would highly recommend Howard Toyota Weston super mare
I bought this car new from the production line and didn’t have a date the car would be ready .
But Marcus kept me updated every point
And today I pick up the keys

I popped over to Howard's Toyota yesterday as we are looking to buy a used low mile Prius, having bought from Howard's in the past and currently already owning a car bought from Howard's we didn't hesitate to look to them for potential deal. Unfortunately the experience was not as expected, I was greeted by an elderly gentleman who asked if he could help and, I explained what I was looking for and he looked me up and down and said something I didn't hear , he then kind of barked at me and said "what was Sir actually looking for " I explained I was looking for the top model if available to which he replied " and which model would that be then Sir" I repeated myself and in a patronising way he pretended not to understand. He then decided he could look on the dealerships data base to see if they had one but then pointed out a car that he said was business model and was the top model . I questioned this and again in a patronising way he said "does Sir know which model Sir is looking for " I then asked about the bootspace of the car in front of me and he said the bootspace was quite large, I asked if he could open the boot for me to see and again in a patronising way he said " Sir can look through this window to clearly see the space available" at this point I told him that I felt he wasn't helping me here and obviously didn't want to sell me a car so I would have to look elsewhere. What a shame a well established dealership has adopted this way of dealing with potential buyers. Sorry Howard's I will never recommend you again as I have for many years and will never buy anything from you whilst you have salesman like this "gentleman" working for you. The worst experience I have ever recived at a dealership. There are many more around the country I advise anyone to avoid.

Popped into Toyota and was met by Tony Nichols, was looking for a small car , we purchased a lovely aygo with only 1900 miles, Tony was superb at showing all our options and the sale when through the same day.

Have returned to Howard’s Toyota W-S-M for my third new Toyota over the past 7 years. Always deal with the showroom manager Tony Nichols as always helpful and we get the best service from him. He always helps us get the best deal that suits us. Highly recommend Tony if buying a car.

The experience throughout was painless and transparent. If I have to fault anything it's that the IT system caused long waits and got in Tonys way.

This is the second time I have purchased from Howards Toyota and both have been an excellent experience. Tony Nichols was the person who did a fantastic, unpressured sale, walking me through everything very clearly and providing excellent communication throughout. He took the time to clearly understand what I was looking for and helped me through finding the right car. I highly recommend speaking with Tony if you're looking for a car, and the build quality of Toyota has been consistently high.

Tony Nichols at Howards WSM has now helped me purchase two cars in a row, he has accommodated all my needs around vehicle specs and budget and just generally made the process as easy as possible. I would not hesitate to recommend him and the team to anyone looking to buy a new or used Toyota, and I personally wouldn’t go to any other dealer now.

My last 2 CHR's were excellent and had it not been for Tony Nichols, who has really looked after us, I would not be going into my third. Visited Toyota garage in Weston-super-Mare on Saturday 28/08/21 in need of a car at short notice, we had visited numerous car garages on this date and they were the only one that approached us to see if we needed help, we chatted to Tony in regards to what we liked the look of and he guided us through all of our options, we decided on C-hr. Tony went out of his way to make the sale as easy as possible, he talked us through every aspect of the purchase.
He went out of his way to push the sale through as quickly as could be done and my car had been given an MOT, a supaguard treatment and a full tank of fuel ready for me to collect on Tuesday and this was also over a bank holiday weekend!!
Customer service was excellent.
