Long time Htvront customer. I used to love this company, I've purchased 2 heat presses from them and more vinyl then I'd care to admit. But my distaste for them has literally happened over night. They advertised a $1 pre-order deposit with a coupon bundle for their soon to be released engraving machine. I read through everything pretty thoroughly and felt i understood what I was ordering. There are 2 different versions of the engraver and I knew I wanted to more expensive version. When it came time to put the $1 deposit, there was nothing to indicate which option I wanted. I reached out to their chat bot, it told me there should be an option there (there was not), which I stated in my response and was then informed to reach out the following day when a live person would be there. Only problem was the promo for the $1 deposit ended that night. I figured what the heck, I'll go ahead and pay the dollar and send an email to confirm which version I wanted. And that's what I did. The only problem was the response I received back from the email bot didn't make sense. It was referring to a coupon, which I didn't have, and told me to follow a link and reorder it. I responded asking for more clarification. I received an almost identical email back. I sent a 3rd email explaining my concern and that their ad was listed as a pre-order deposit and now I'm being told it's not pre-ordered AND that the balance was due emediately not when the engraver ships, in a month. I have a problem with their false advertising. I've yet to hear back so I can only conclude they've gone down hill and are scamming people.

Horrible response rate and fake promises. Website says order ships in 24 hrs.More than 10 days no updates until I reached out to them. First they said will be shipped by March 25th now by March 30th due to out of stock of Sublimation paper ( ordered whole starter package) . Requesting refund. Very unhappy. No phone number to reach out.

I also just recently purchased the auto heat press and vinyl bundle! I did receive my products but the heat press will not turn on! I have used HTVRont products and have loved everything I have used except I can't say for the auto heat press as it won't turn on. I have sent MANY emails, FB messages and on line chat messages and have yet to get a response or email back that is not auto generated. I have searched and can not find a # to contact them. It had a warranty but that is only good if you get someone to respond to you. I have filed a dispute with my credit card do to faulty product and no return service. It looks like this is an ongoing issue with this company and it's too bad because I have noticed this company has been gaining a lot of new products and it seems if you are lucky and get one that works then it works great! Wish I could have been one of the lucky ones. Unless you like to gamble with a lot of your hard earned money I would maybe look into a different company that will respond in the need of help.

I also purchased a heat press. Upon setting up the machine it never came on. I tried different sockets but to no avail. I contacted customer support but never actually talked to a person. Only emails which were answered between 1:00 and 2:30 in the morning. They are giving the run around. They are stating that I need to ship it back at my expense which is totally unacceptable. This has been going on since early September. So I would advise that you look elsewhere to purchase a heat press

I purchased a new press and rec'd it last week. It is a faulty machine. It never reaches temp and times out. I have contacted Customer support. Customer service is giving me run around even after I send proof! Calling my CC and disputing and calling BBB to file a complaint and on FB so others know this company does not stand behind their products. Unless you get a good machine right away do not buy form these people!

I purchased a $250 heat press which came with a gift of $40 of vinyl. I purchased on July 11th. I received the vinyl in 2 shipments on the 18th and 20th. I have not received the heat press as of the 24th. They stated to contact 2 days after delivery date if not received. I contacted them several times via email, showing the info from the delivery carriers, there are 3. They recommended I contact my neighbors or family because it shows delivery after their logistics investigation. I asked if it was delivered via FedEx or UPS. They sent 2 separate emails that were an automated response that they could not help and to contact my local post office. However the order was sent using a carrier, not the post office. They would not tell me which carrier to contact. I understand $250 isn't a big deal for them but it's a large purchase for me. I know it has not been delivered: we live in a gated area, I was home all week, my neighbors know me and would bring items over if delivered to the wrong address... Completely frustrated with lack of customer service, unable to actually talk to anyone other than via email! Disappointed because I like their vinyl but will not purchase from them again if not resolved.

I recently made a large purchase, $250, which included joining their membership program. You were supposed to pay $120 and receive $100 gift card plus free items with your order. It took three days for the electronic gift card to be mailed to me. Then it took another five days of trying to contact customer service to let them know that gift card would not work. I switched from mobile to desktop and finally got the gift card to work without any help from customer service who just repeatedly sent me the same message over and over.

It’s been two weeks since I ordered. The tracking number through Pitney Bowes is defunct. I have contacted customer service only way I can which is through their messaging system and they once again respond with the same message over and over. I also see that they have completely changed their membership program. You no longer have to pay $120, it’s free. I must’ve been the last sucker. And you no longer get anything free so I basically wasted $20 and was forced to make my first order at least 100 to use the gift card.

People seem to really like their vinyl if the reviews can be believed which at this point I’m not sure. But the honest truth is, in total I’ve spent $250 with a company that cannot provide a tracking number that works for my order, ships incredibly slow. My order showed that it would come out of the US warehouse but I’m beginning to suspect it really is coming from a China warehouse and that is why the tracking number won’t work and the shipping is so long. I have put the tracking number into an online tracker that does track from China and it cannot find my shipment.

At this point, I’m never ordering from them again. It doesn’t matter how good a product is if the customer service is complete crap, you never receive the item, and have no way to contact the company.

I see they also sell on Amazon. If I really love the vinyl if and when it ever gets here, I will purchase through Amazon where you can at least track your package.

In the meantime if the package fails to show then I’m gonna have to do a dispute with PayPal. I’m glad I paid through PayPal for this very reason. If a website seems sketchy at all, pay through PayPal because they will investigate and if they can’t make the tracking number work they will find in your favor. So overall I rate this company of one out of five. Crafting is supposed to be fun, this feels way too much like a work problem to be fun.

First of all, the paper is too big for my printer. Secondly, the ink runs. Last, but certainly not least it so hard to separate the paper from the protective film. I wasted my money and I'm so upset and frustrated.

Love HTVront cheap prices on high quality vinyl !!! Will buy from them again !!
