Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service. DPD messed up the delivery but Huffkins sorted out the problem very swiftly and efficiently. The product is excellent too and I will be repeating my order very soon.

Highly recommend the spicy tomato and onion chutney.
Ordered the 4 jars of the spicy tomato and onion relish as it’s a favourite. They sent a free additional relish as a treat which was a lovely surprise.

Good customer service
Took exactly one month to arrive. Top half of the Lardy cakes were dry & the bottom half was slimy. Wouldn't buy again.
Update: Huffkins contacted me & explained calendar system - might have been my mistake - sorry! Are sending me a complimentary pack to try again. Can't fault customer service.

Hello Deborah, we're sorry to hear about your disappointment. We've taken a look into your order history and noticed your order was place on the 29th November, but with the 28th December selected as your delivery date. This may have been an accident with our calendar functionality, and once again we'd like to apologise for this. Orders are typically delivered next day (Tuesday - Saturday) if ordered before 12pm.

Love your cakes. Visit John Lewis Cheltenham and staff are good so sent for voucher to give as Christmas gift and was impressed how quickly it came.

I was a bit disappointed this time
I was a bit disappointed this time. Perhaps it was a bad batch. The chocolate lardy cakes were okay but lacking in the essential sticky, sugary crust goodness. More like a sticky bun than a lardy cake. Shame as I bought them for my elderly mum to remind her of her childhood on one of her rare visits. I think I'll get the ordinary ones again next time.

On time quality good even after freezing if there is a never negative due issues with your app I could not claim my 5 pound discount voucher off of my next purchase

Shrinkflation at Huffkins!
I order jars of the caramelised onion chutney regularly. The jars in the most recent order shrunk in size by a third AND increased in price by 10%. Shrinkflation from Huffkins! which is very dissatisfying.

We've taken a look into your order history and found that on your first purchase in January 2023 - the larger jars were priced at £4.95 and you used your £5 welcome loyalty gift, making the larger jars £4.23 each. Since your January 2023 purchases and due to the cost of ingredients increasing we raised this larger jar size to £5.95 (however we realise you did not make a purchase during this period to know of this increase). Fast forward to July and unfortunately our previous jar was no longer available, therefore we opted for a smaller British made jar and priced it as competitively as we could at the £4.45. Once again, we'd like to apologise for your disappointment due to this, but hope you understand our reasoning and you still love your favourite delicious chutney. - Thanks, Kayleigh

Absolutely no customer service
Missing scones from afternoon tea delivery ( box was marked fragile but still delivered by being thrown over back gate) I have contacted via email and telephoned (recorded message left) on 6 separate days but have had no reply . I therefore cannot recommend this company

Birthday shortbread
I ordered shortbread for my Auntie’s 98th birthday present. I was really pleased to find a local company who would deliver on her birthday. Everything went smoothly and I was kept informed as the shortbread undertook its journey! I will use this company again. I gave 4 stars as I haven’t tasted the goods!!
