Scam scam scam!!!!!!! Do not use!!!!
Ordered a part over 2 weeks ago and NOTHING. No response to any calls or emails! Give me my money back!

AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!

I ordered a “refurbished” Dyson cordless vacuum from Huva. It arrived over a month late, which was already unacceptable. However, the condition of the item I received is far worse.

The box had clearly been opened and the inside packaging was wet. The machine itself is heavily worn, discoloured, damaged throughout, and emits a strong, unpleasant odour. It is not in a condition that could reasonably be described as “refurbished,” and it is not fit for use.

I have formally exercised my right to reject the item under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and requested a full refund and collection.

I am now seeking resolution. If this is not handled promptly, I will escalate the matter through formal channels including Citizens Advice and Trading Standards.

Based on this experience, I would strongly advise others to proceed with caution.

Don’t waste your money or time!

I ordered and paid for a part for my shark hoover on 27th April. I have never received the part I has called numerous times however no one answers the calls and now there is a message to say the phones are down until 12th May. I have used the live chat service on web and no one responds 3 days after my message I was told my order would be dispatched 6th May for next day delivery however it’s now 8th May and order is still saying processing. I have sent numerous emails to the sales email and the customer service email and have never had a response.

The communication and service is shocking so having to contact my bank to see to report as scam to get money back.

Abysmal Company and Service

Appalling service. Ordered a rose gold shark wand and they sent me a battered black wand that was the wrong size. I fully understand mistakes happen so I emailed them to rectify it. Absolutely no reply whatsoever. I’ve emailed them again since and still no reply. Basically they are ignoring me. I want my money back!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!

I ordered a part for my shark vacuum…

I ordered a part for my shark vacuum cleaner on 19th April , the website said it was in stock, it’s now the 30th and my huva account says “processing “ also had a notification from Evri saying we’re expecting your parcel!!
I spent 50 minutes listening to awful music on the phone waiting for them to answer, eventually I gave up!
Also emailed them asking them to let me know what they were doing, nothing back😡
Poor customer service

Item not received

Places an order on the 14th April, I still haven’t received my item. No conformation email. No reply to emails. Never answer the phone. Can’t even get in touch for a refund! Poor

Never ever buy from this company

Don’t ever buy from this company. Purchased a Dyson V7 with 1 year warranty Feb26 via eBay. Stopped working 2 months later. Ignored all contact via eBay claiming their account was closed, eBay dispute this. Ignoring all efforts to contact them directly to return for a refund. Will be taking this though the small claims court to get money back and informing trading standards

Still not delivered at all…

Still not delivered 21 days after placing order.
Told by Evri on 14 April it was on its way. Not good service by Evri which continues to tell me that goods are in transit to me - hopeless.

Despite first giving helpful response that they were chasing Evri, the supplier Huva has now gone completely quiet when asked for substitute or reimbursement.

If Trustpilot would allow me to award no stars I would do so as I am completely disappointed by my experience 3 weeks on.

From our side, the parcel has been dispatched and is currently with Evri. As they have advised that it is on its way, this delay is unfortunately with the courier network rather than ourselves.

That said, we appreciate this isn’t the experience you expected, and we are actively chasing this with the courier to get it delivered as soon as possible.

we ordered a Henry Dual Speed 1200W…

we ordered a Henry Dual Speed 1200W HVR200A Vacuum Cleaner Red on the 9/3 for next day delivery, after lots of correspondence we were repeatedly told 'it will be shipped tomorrow' so after a month we pulled the plug and filed a charge back, this obviously spurred some action their site and suddenly a parcel arrived at the door saturday(18/04) however it is the incorrect hoover(HVR160-11) with no attachments or hose that has arrived! we will be seeking a refund and return at their expensive/inconvenience.

After reviewing your order, the initial delay was due to the original parcel being stuck in transit with the courier, which was unfortunately outside of our control. We appreciate that the communication around this could have been clearer, and we apologise for any confusion caused.

Following this, a replacement was dispatched; however, we acknowledge that the item received was not as expected, and we’re sorry for this.

We can confirm that your refund has now been processed in full, and the return is being handled at our expense.

I only have given Huva 1 star because I…

I only have given Huva 1 star because I couldn't give them zero or a minus.
The item I bought didn't work, and was the wrong colour.
I e-mailed numerous times asking how I could return the item and never received a response.
£50 down the drain.

The company sent the wrong item and has ignored four email requests for a return. The item is unusable. Very poor customer service — I won’t be using this company again. Avoid.
