The sell parts that they don't have inventory of. Then after you have waited a week wondering what is going on they contact you telling you it will be another 10-14 days and that the price increased so you need to give them more money to actually get the parts. One of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. I don't know who they are paying off at google but no way they should have that high of a rating.

This company is a scam, it's a front for Titan Fittings which is just as bad. I placed an order for several hundred feet of tube. Several weeks later a bag containing 2 fittings arrives in the mail and my order is shown as fulfilled. The packing slip in the bag of 2 fittings itemized the tube originally ordered so they clearly understood they were not shipping what was ordered. Called customer service and was told I would need to pay several thousand dollars more than the $100's they already took from me if I wanted the tube I had originally ordered. I was also told most of the items shown online as in stock, were not. I requested an immediate refund and was told to contact Titan fittings. Hydraulics direct took a significant amount of money from my account in one business day, then told me they can't refund it - I have to request a refund from another company. It is clear by tone of voice, serious lack of attention to follow through and effort applied - with the exception of a single helpful woman - the customer service reps at Titan Fittings and Hydraulic Direct have zero interest in refunding your money...or even speaking to you on the phone. Emails & form requests sent thru both companies websites went unanswered. It took several phone requests, over a period of 4-6 weeks to even get an email confirmation from them that the refund was 'in process'. Hydraulics Direct labelled my request 'customer cancelled' after clearly taking $100's from me and sending two $15 fittings, then tried to scam another $2-3000 from me. AVOID HYDRUALICS DIRECT & TITAN FITTINGS AT ALL COST. In the end, after nearly 2 months of phone calls and delays, I did receive a refund. It set the project back months due to 2 weeks waiting for items to arrive, incorrect items shipped then the lead time for the items to arrive from another distributor. Mysteriously, all reviews on their controlled webpages are positive - dig deeper. Every third party review (where they don't have access to manipulate internally) is negative. Don't waste your time, money or patience on either of these scammer companies.

I ordered an elbow that cost just over $5. Shipping was over $18!
They sent the wrong size, I contacted them and they agreed to a return. I got the correct part from another source and sent the wrong one back.
This company refunded the $5 and kept the $18!
In the first place, it was a small part and could have been mailed for less than 25% of what I was charged for shipping but I was willing to pay to get the part I needed to get back to work. None of it worked out, Hydraulics Direct was clearly at fault but refuses to take responsibility but instead takes advantage of customers!
Caveat Emptor…

Parts came on time but when I tried to return a part that I did not need then they would not take the part back. I will not be doing business with them in the future.

Ordered 4 hydraulic brakes from Reggiana, shipping to the United States. Shipped and received but when I opened the box, there were only 3 instead of 4.

Tried to discuss over WhatsApp and they said not our problem. Tried calling and wouldn't pick up.

Wouldn't recommend this company.

Website is not linked to inventory they legit have no idea if they have the Part you ordered or not. Looks like 2024 but still about 1970 for the imbeciles that run this site.

Ordered December 24 took 2 weeks before I received a package. Note in box suggesting about 1/3 of the order has been backordered. I was upset it took two weeks. Very upset that they wouldn't have reached out and let me know what the problem is.

We are now almost a month since I placed the order. I emailed my issues.
Was told well our website shows everything is in stock if you want to know what we actually have you really need to call or chat with an actual person.

Really this is on me? When will the rest be arriving? No idea we normally try and ship quickly this is not like us. If you read other reviews this is exactly like them.

In the world of hydraulics I can't just leave a few fittings off and wrap a dorittos bag over it and get back to work. If you can't ship me my whole order why ship any of it?

I asked them to send me an RMA and a return shipping label and I would find someone else to order parts from.

Was told the best they can do is let me pay for return shipping and I should feel lucky because they really should be charging a restocking fee.

They advertise they ship quickly from USA and Canada.
They clearly don't understand quick or where USA and Canada are located on a map.

Ordered on 11/2/2022. Charged on 11/2/2022. Not a word or support as of 11/20/2022 despite multiple emails.

A refund is now being issued. I am raising the star from 1 to 3.

Bait and switch all the way. Called to verify information, immediately made my order, almost a week later I did not have my product or tracking info, so I inquired. They told me I would have to spend almost $500 instead of the $70 I already paid to get my product. What a scam.

Price spot on, as was the cylinder, and it's made in Queensland. Bottler.

Be ware that if they send you the incorrect item there is a 25% restocking fee for some reason. Bad policy!

Placed an order for hose and fittings, my order was processed and shipped quickly,, found that the fittings would not work with my crimping machine, Contacted Andrew Lewis about a return authorization, No Problem, with retuning items,, thanks great products and service,, great prices will deal with y’all again
