I needed a rope for a wire pull immediately. I called U.S. Rigging Supply, and within an hour, they had the rope ordered, paid for, cut to length, and braided eyes on both ends. Their exceptional customer service and quick turnaround time exceeded my expectations. They offered a product I couldn't find anywhere else in Los Angeles. I highly recommend this company for any rope needs, whether you're an arborist or an electrician. Thank you!

I have not received any information on my purchase which was made Nov 21 2025.itwould not be a big deal but I sent 2 emails with no response and called there 1888-260-7444 no one picked up. Here are my 2 emails

Hi John Clydesdale here I have been looking for a tracking number for my order and it says I have to track it with Shop I can't get it to work and quite honestly I do t trust that site is there a normal tracking number from ups FedEx or usps?

Great products. Got here faster than I expected especially with the Pandemic going on.

I'm sure that some of what they sell is decent, but what I received was extremely unsafe sub-Aliexpress quality parts that snap apart waaaaaay below their expected failure point and standoffish customer service that acted like there was absolutely no way they could possibly test their remaining stock for similar defects to confirm that the parts in question should be pulled immediately. The weekend warrior types that might be willing to accept this level of performance will still be better served by their local Home Depot as the things they sell actually tend to exceed their ratings and are cheaper to boot.

I would not trust any of their no-name products which are sold without any published specs or ratings on anything that could possibly matter and I will certainly never purchase anything from them again.
