Ordered a 200⬠case for nothing .. GPU connector issue
Ordered a 234⬠case who was in trouble with a specific cable extension since the beginning (RISER cable)
After 4 tickets with support and differents test, they support reply me :
>sorry the product warranty is ended now (after 10months)
You have to buy the new connector from your own..
Like the connector price is 100⬠+ 40⬠of shipping (the price of a complete case ..) and the quality of this new connector (Gen5) could be in the same quality of the customer support ..
I prefer to stop with this manufacter and remplace the case
"Customer support" is always asking you anything but never help you
Expensive, plastic quality, no support
