POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! The worst experience ever!!!! I had a friend order a car part for me. It was both our first times ordering car parts online. We mistakenly bought the wrong part and now customer service is being so rude. I did not unwrap the transparent coating and am attempting to return it, as it is the wrong part and cannot be of use to me. The reviews on the website are fake. They take forever to reach out to you and are not understanding at all.

They had the part I needed (most important). Shipping was expensive. Be sure to order the correct part. You will pay both ways if you ship it back. Then pay again to have the correct part sent. Fortunately, I ordered the correct part.

Ordered much needed brake pads
Ordered much needed brake pads
Thought all was done and order was on its way
Then a day later get an email that I must agree that I can not return the parts before they will proceed, I agree then they state the parts have been ordered from the manufacturer and once they received them they will ship them !!
In the meantime my car sits in the driveway

Really can’t believe these people are in business

So they replied to this review with some jargon that some of there parts have to be done like this ( got a great idea !! When someone is placing their order do this ! )
So today I was told my order will be shipping tomorrow 7 days after the order was placed
And have no idea how many days it will take
If you’re a hard-working person that needs your vehicle pay a couple of dollars more. I’ll never ever order from these people again. I’d rather go to the dealership. My car would’ve been on the road by now. Now I got a rely on a friend to get back-and-forth to work it’s ridiculous for some brake pads.
So the answer to my review for a second time
This company states these are specialized parts and because of this you have to sign a waiver, claiming you won’t return them !
Their brake pads and they don’t just fit the G8. They fit a few other Hyundai’s (specialized parts, please.)
It’s something that most people stock all the time
brakes wear out fastest of any part of a car…just about.
Placed order on 2/21 it’s now 3/2
Still no brake pads ?

I was able to locate the car part in the inventory, place it on order, reasonable price, quality, exact part that the car needed, delivered in perfect timing, check out process was smooth and best of all, I didn't have to talk with anyone.
