Der Versand klappte einwandfrei und auch die Ware kam in gutem Zustand und schnell bei mir an.
Doch nun, 2 Monate nach dem Kauf hat sich bereits die Elektronik vom Schaltwerk verabschiedet. Nun drÌckt man sich bei der Garantie, man will mich zu einem nahen SRAM HÀndler verweisen, resp. antwortet mir beinahe nicht auf meine Fragen. Wenn Antworten kommen, geht es immer lange. Es wird mir kein klares Vorgehen genannt was ich tun soll um ein Ersatzteil zu erhalten. Es fÌhlt sich nach Hinhaltetaktik an, bis ich mich nicht mehr melde. Der Verkauf an sich ist top, doch danach möchte man nichts mehr mit dem Kunden zu tun haben, leider. Es wird genutzt, dass die Kunden Druck haben und mit ihrem MTB fahren wollen und sich so die Teile selber nochmals kaufen oder man einen HÀndler sucht der die Garantieabwicklung macht, obwohl man nichts bei ihm gekauft hat. Echt schwach!!!

Mittlerweile hat sich IBKSPORT.COM bemÌht den Garantiefall zu lösen, haben auch den Versand und den Zoll Ìbernommen. Aktuell warte ich auf das Ergebnis des Garantiefalls, Doch mit dieser Erfahrung muss ich meine erste Bewertung korrigieren.

Damals hast du uns mitgeteilt, dass du es vorziehen wÃŒrdest, es nicht einzusenden, da dies bedeutet hÀtte, dass das Fahrrad stillsteht und du Zeit verlierst.
Aus diesem Grund haben wir dir als Alternative vorgeschlagen, dich an einen offiziellen Kundendienst der Marke in deinem Land zu wenden, da die Garantie international uneingeschrÀnkt gÌltig ist und problemlos abgewickelt werden sollte.
Wir bedauern, dass diese Option in deinem Fall nicht möglich war, da die Angelegenheit tatsÀchlich problemlos von einem autorisierten HÀndler hÀtte bearbeitet werden mÌssen.
SchlieÃlich haben wir, wie von Anfang an vorgesehen, die Abholung des Bauteils veranlasst, um die Garantie direkt abzuwickeln. No warranty
I bought a bike without assembly and because of that the bike came with failed parts. On top of that they said that without assembly they can't give warranty. They don't say that on the website. Stay away from them.

We also offer an optional assembly service, but this service has no relation to the condition of the bike or its components.
Regarding warranty, it is completely independent of the assembly service. The warranty covers any manufacturing defects regardless of whether the bike is assembled by us or not.

First online purchase of a bike and very bad experience. I paid for the assembly and the bike assembly was a mess, almost nothing working as expected and customer service simply don't answer to any of my emails.
Add to that late delivery + bike not marked despite it's a legal obligation in France for all vendors...simply can't recommend it !
