I dropped my phone - an Apple X and it would not work. The mobile phone company, Three were useless. The Apple Store in Covent Garden were not much better ("it will cost so much to repair that you will be better buying a new one" was the line). James at icracked-it sorted it in 40 minutes for £80.00. James should be your "go to guy" for all mobile phone repairs.

I cleaned my MacBook keyboard and broke two keys, the caps just wouldn’t click back into place properly. I asked if they can sell me replacement keys and they said because of the butterfly mechanism the whole keyboard has to be exchanged and it will be £350(!).

I wanted to double check that, went online, ordered two replacement keys and they snapped in just fine. Each key has their own little butterfly clip so I don’t know why they would use this as an excuse to tell customers the whole keyboard has to be replaced.

It made me lose my trust in them. I also wanted to let people know that if they tell you that the whole keyboard has to be replaced if you have a problem with even just one key, this is NOT true.

took my imac in yesterday with a few problems, all sorted in 24hours at a very reasonable price .

We had battery life issues with our iPhones. We got the best quote from iCrack in Poole. We were not sure if it was a good deal. So we went to another phone battery provider to inquire about their price. We still found that iCrack was the best deal. So we decided to go with iCrack and as we needed both our iPhones we were given an extra discount which was great. The service was excellent and had both our phones done on the spot. I visited my aunt in Maidenhead and found that her Samsung tablet was stuck in safe mode. Contacted icracked-it and dropped the device off. It was delivered back to auntie in working order that evening. Now I have an immediate solution for my 90 year old auntie's IT problems. Tim in Bristol

I received excellent service! It was in lockdown, so we got remote service, and they were so helpful and quick with fixing my gaming laptop. It works perfectly and I was so relieved when they were able to fix it and pick it up from my home. 10/10 Would use again!

Very satisfied with service. My laptop was collected and dropped off to my home address. Jay was always responsive & updated me on progress. Laptop works like brand new and I would recommend their services and use them again.

I would highly recommend Icracked-it Maidenhead, picked up my laptop on Monday to fix the screen and had the job done in two days. Everything works perfectly, will definitely be using them again.

I left a text message on Saturday lunchtime asking for help. I was immediately called back and my computer was collected within 2 hours. At every stage I was kept informed of the situation and timeframe. My computer was delivered back early Tuesday afternoon- fully restored. I couldn’t ask for more!

Excellent Service. My daugher broke her phone on the Saturday. I contacted the guys on Sunday and he replied immediately. Collected the phone on Monday and fully fixed and returned by Tuesday.
