The shoes not only did not fit but they are a piece of trash.
When I asked for a refund, they replied that I qualified for a refund as I had all the pieces and info they wanted, but that they recommend not returning as the cost would be prohibitive. Instead they offered a 15% coupon off next purchase. When I asked for a mailing address so I could choose to return, they said they could just return 15% of the purchase price instead of having to return them -- so, offering me $6 on a $42 pair of shoes. Their money-back guarantee is useless. Stay away from this company.

These people would not allow me to return the shoes. They don't answer their emails. Shipping must come directly from China because it took over a month to get the shoes.Then they say it's past your return window!!!???

BTW these were the worst 100% PLASTIC shoes I ever saw. I won't wear them. Guess I'll give them to charity.

The worst shoes ever --- and of course --- the only label on the plastic bag they came in --- clearly states MADE IN CHINA.

That's in it self is not all that bad. I buy a lot of stuff from Amazon and they are a large shipper of goods from China. Many if those are on the ball in terms of good business. It's the scammers and the thieves and the inexperienced children that ruin it for everyone.

If I could give a zero, I would! This company is a fraud. Bought shoes in November, still have not received them. They email a tracking stating they were delivered (they were NOT). Then they apologize stating they were delivered to the wrong address, so re-shipped. Tracking number shows it is still in limbo. Get an email, after I have emailed 10 times asking for a refund, they say “lost again” and will resend AGAIN. I say no, I want a refund. It’s been 3 months and they were for Christmas. They send me a tracking number again LOL. This place is a joke and fraud. Please DO NOT buy from them.!!!

Took a month to receive. When received they are terrible quality...like made out of cardboard. They also were too small.
All contact with "service" got nowhere.
Don't waste your money

The shoes I received did not fit. I could not wear them. I followed all their directions to qualify for a refund. The company replied that they only do refunds for quality issues. Their policy is really to not do any returns, Their 30-day return guarantee on their website is a hoax.

We never even received our shoes. I have an attorney who is checking them out. Don’t get over taken like we did.

On a scale of 1-10 this company's customer service and it's behavior is a ZERO. I have had 14 email exchanges with them as this am asking for a refund as I realize that they are unscrupulous and perhaps a total scam. The Link for the Tracking # and the actual number says "NO TRACKING NO FOUND". I am going to ask my amazing bank to handle this for me by disputing and reversing the charges. We live and learn and I have learned my lesson and will stick with companies that I know, like and trust.

I will need a full refund for the two pairs of shoes purchased. The soles of the shoes were made from plastic and they were deformed,and looked like both pairs were made for the left foot, and parts of the she was melted from heat during process of production.

What can I say? Canceled purchase and requested refund within five minutes of placing order (ten days ago) and nothing but email runaround since. These people are thieves, plain and simple.

Company does not honor the 30 day comfort.
Do not order shoes from this company. They only offer 15% and they do not give you a full refund.
This company is overseas and ships to a location in La Puente, California, but cannot return the shoes to this address

I have waited weeks for delivery of shoes that were charged to my credit card. No way to track shipment and no phone number to call. If the shoes eventually are delivered, I will try on the shoes to see if they fit. If not or of too poor quality to wear, I will chuck them in the dumpster and right it off as bad judgement on my part for deal with this merchant.

I ordered shoes from Lifestroll. I never received them. They insist it is the fault of USPS for not delivering the shoes. The only tracking information I have is from JCEX which is some Chinese shipping company. I asked them repeatedly for the USPS tracking number, but they will not provide it. I have not way to find my shoes and doubt I will be getting my money back either.

This Company does not make telephone available for the customer to make inquiries as to the status of the merchandise that was ordered. Unable to contat the seller even through email.

They are terrible …. Do not honor their return policy and quality of product terrible …. Would never recommend a d you will never get your money back . Do not buy

Chinese scam. Cheap plastic junk and NO way to contact seller.

Do not buy their orthopedic-helping shoes. They are poorly made in China and their return policy is a joke. Would not take back shoes that don't fit and would only offer a 15% refund due to shipping costs.

Got a pair of shoes that I could not put on. Ask to return. No way to return. Out $80

Order placed and charged in early November. It took a month for the order to reach the U.S. The USPS seized the package for fraudulent postage. Only contact with this sight is through ZenDesk. So I doubt I will ever get a refund. Avoid this seller at all costs.
