An extremely frustrating user-unfriendly online experience with Tommy H, as I attempted to take advantage of a valued Birthday Offer : I was on the verge of giving-up having experienced successive blockages for no obvious reason - I eventually succeeded in placing my Order but I'm left with something of a bad taste, having initially felt good about the Birthday Offer....

Don’t Purchase from Tommy Hilfiger Website 😢
I cannot recommend Tommy Hilfiger on-line website. When placing the order, indicates a 3-5 day delivery. Yet more than a week later, still have not received any confirmation regarding the delivery date. They ship from the Netherlands, which typically is 1-2 days via courier. DHL haven’t updated the status for the last 3 days, so aren’t much help.
Tommy Hilfiger customer service staff are next to useless, tell mistruths, give delivery dates which are missed, don’t answer specific questions and then fob you off.
Pity, because the staff in my local store are so helpful. STAY AWAY from Tommy Hilfiger on-line and save yourself a lot of grief.

Seamless experience, delivery was 4-5 days as promised. I have been using the same jeans size for years, always fits perfectly.
