The only thing that is not good is that you select your product, it is in stock and then they tell you later an item is cancelled and the money takes ages to get back to your account

I bought the Suede Buckle Square Toe Ballerinas. I ordered my normal size 7.5. But they are huge on. The sizing isn’t good at all. They are a lovely shoe. Well made. Beautiful colour red. Just not sure what size to order. Another thing as well. It says on the website on returning items that I could return it to my local Tommy shop. When I travelled to the shop they said I couldn’t return them to the store. So not happy I made the journey.

Easy to find products, great quality and price

Tommy Hilfiger is one of the best clothing brands in the market. The quality of their products is awesome. Price wise, to be honest they used to be reasonable, but recently their prices have gone quite high, which is a big challenge for an average customer. However, they do have online and in-store sales, which is much appreciated. Finally, they need to bring back their signature three colour combinations of blue, red, and white in T-shirts, shirts, jackets, and so on, which are hard to find these days.

⭐ Extremely Disappointed – Damaged Bag & Delayed Delivery
Very disappointing experience. I ordered this bag specifically because I was travelling, but the delivery was delayed and I waited almost a week for it. When it finally arrived, the bag was damaged and unusable.
I am travelling today, so after waiting all that time I now cannot even use the bag I purchased for my trip. This has caused a lot of unnecessary inconvenience and stress.
For a branded item, I expected much better quality control and service. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I cannot recommend them.

Absolutely shocked to receive a £110 jacket with the stitching not completed on the front Logo and only half a T in the Tommy lettering. I already waited over a week for it and it was supposed to be for my daughter to use on holiday. Called customer services with photos ready of what I’d just received and asked if they could send a replacement but all I got told was they can’t do that and I have to return it for a refund. So now not only do I have to find time to take it to the post office, I won’t get a replacement in time either, through no fault of my own. They didn’t even offer me a discount option. Sorry but that’s not what I expect from a £110 jacket and I will be boycotting the store from now on.
