Shirts, not the same
Delivery was prompt. However, the tee-shirt was not the same as the other shirts featured in the same category. I bought 2 previously. They were soft and short. The stripped one was longer, and smaller, and the material was not the same, or as nice.
I expected that shirts that were presented as colour variations, would be the same in every other repect.

Jeans that didn't fit
I bought a pair of jeans online from the website and wasn't too sure on how I was supposed to find my measurements. When I received my package I found the jeans to bid far too big. I understand that this is partially my fault but I also think clearer guidelines on measuring should be explained. When trying to return this package I found the digital chat bot to be unhelpful as it wasn't able to answer specific questions I had.

I really like this brand. Good sizes, as sometimes it's very hard to find on tall ones. Things are comfortable.
I'll edit my review. I ordered a joggers in the photo model 174cm and it has a size s of strength and pants that look very long, 176cm and ordered a size m, but they turned out to be short. I can't send it back because I've already thrown away the packaging.

I got the email confirming that the item was delivered to the store and ready for collection. I went to collect it and was told by the assistant that it had not come in yet. I am still waiting for it.
I will be demanding a refund.

I paid for delivery 12.95 - this is express delivery - and they promised to deliver it in 1-2 business days. passed and my delivery was not there, but I really needed it, because tomorrow I am going on holiday. I'm very upset.

Bought flips flips in the sale and…
Bought flips flips in the sale and realised I hadn’t received a confirmation e mail, went onto chat on their website and got an agent named Isa, so helpful, apparently my e mail was an old e mail so I’m assuming the receipt went to that, but I had no idea, thanks to Isa for his patience and help he found my order and fixed my e mail. Very helpful, I’m very grateful love Tommy Hilfiger.
