Super helpful, super quick to answer.

Had three queries about SIPPS, one more pressing. Got through to someone within a minute and they helped answer all my questions without making me feel daft for my limited knowledge, or that I was against the clock. Thank you Samantha J!

Elisa was very professional, clear, soft spoken, explained things with patience and gave clear guidance. I came off the call happy with set of instructions I understood. I always wondered why I can't u use the app and Elisa explained without me asking the question, that is because I need to read the terms and conditions which are not available on the app.

Adam G was fantastic on the phone and was able to help me with transferring funds from my ii account to my bank account.

He was friendly, professional and got the job done without any hesitation and with it only being his 2nd day working for the company I was highly impressed with his professionalism.

I was unable to log into my account and Chris D. was extremely helpful and friendly, and helped to resolve my issue within 5 minutes.

Famia quickly resolved an issue with my ISA account today. I was attempting to transfer cash from my trading account to my ISA account using the ii website. This resulted in an error requiring me to contact the support team. Famia was able to upgrade my ISA account to the current tax year and I was able to proceed with the transfer. Famia explained the upgrade had required manual intervention because I had not added to this ISA account during the previous tax year.

I was assisted in my problem by Samia who was very knowledgeable, patient and helpful in resolving a password that had been blocked, explaining that my business trading account and personal ISA account could not be linked.

Andy S efficiently solved my ISa query today.

I had a question about Dividend Reinvestment on my ISA Share Account and spoke to Ben Creed.
