Great for peace of mind and thorough
I was very relaxed and treated with dignity. They did a thorough scan and were amazing with explaining everything. I went after being referred for an emergency ultrasound which the NHS said would take 8 weeks! I had been in the hospital prior for suspected appendicitis. I was very worried about the pain in my side so decided to go ( definitely worth it and such a good price. I can't remember my clinicians name but she was from the Philippines and very informative and kind.

Excellent Filipino lady sonographer
I had a really positive experience at this ultrasound clinic. The team is consistently supportive and goes out of their way to help you feel at ease throughout your visit. This was my second appointment with the Filipino lady sonographer, and once again she was excellentâvery knowledgeable and thorough, always taking the time to walk me through everything and answer any questions I had.

âI had an early pregnancy scan at Imaginatal and was very impressed. Booking was quick and straightforward, and I was able to get an appointment on same day . The clinic was easy to find and had a calm, welcoming atmosphere.
The sonographer was professional but also very compassionate, which made a big difference as I was feeling nervous. They talked me through what they could see step by step and answered all my questions. I didnât feel rushed at all.Overall, a very positive experience and Iâd happily return if needed. Amazing service in the Cardiff clinic
Amazing service in the Cardiff clinic, girls on the desk were lovely and reassuring and the lady who did my scan was great too. Went in for a 6 week reassurance scan and was slightly behind where I thought, so was advised to come back in 2 weeks. Lady conducting the scan explained everything to us, something weâve not experienced on the nhs. Fantastic experience!
