We take concerns about cleanliness, communication, and patient experience very seriously, and the points you have raised about the room setup and overall environment are being reviewed internally.

Because this is a public platform, we cannot comment on your personal medical care in detail. However, in early pregnancy scans, findings can sometimes be very sensitive and reports may be worded cautiously when there is any uncertainty. Our intention is always to act in the patient’s best interests and ensure there is no delay in onward referral or follow-up where needed.

We are sorry that you felt unsupported and dissatisfied with both the communication during the scan and the wording of the report. That is never the experience we want for our patients.

We would welcome the opportunity to look into this properly and discuss your concerns directly.

Please contact us on 0800 640 4299 and ask for the management team, so we can review your visit in full.
