I cannot begin to explain how grateful I am that we stumbled across IMB - we had 2 other brokers tell us that we simply wouldn't be eligible for a mortgage, both of whom came highly recommended by friends and family, but Lee continuously persisted and supported us in order to get us across the finish line and allow us to purchase our dream home, against all odds. I honestly cannot express how brilliant his service was and how grateful we are for his patience and genuine commitment to getting the best outcome for our family.

We had our hand forced into exploring the possibility of buying a house before we had planned and therefore thought we had little to no chance of getting a mortgage. Lee and Sarah made it possible for us and help us changed our lives. They held our hands throughout the whole process, were very reassuring and and were very quick to respond to queries both from us and the lender.

Everywhere we been they told us that we can not afford due to Credit Scores. The journey was not that easy for us as we got refusal everywhere, we were about to give up till we meet with Lee.
However when we meet with Lee he told us don’t worry trust him and that had really proven. The work were very impressive and his positiveness we were very happy to know Lee, and we will recommend him to our friends.

Very good company. Trustworthy, professional and courteous. First time buyer so have limited experience with mortgages but this company have made it a breeze.
