I had an excellent experience with Curzon Financial. David worked incredibly hard to secure a remortgage on my house to enable me to purchase a farm, and his commitment was outstanding from start to finish.

This wasn’t a straightforward transaction, but David kept everyone involved—solicitors, lenders and all the other parties—focused and moving forward. He stayed on top of every detail, kept everyone on their toes, and remained determined to get the deal completed right until the very end.

His communication, persistence and professionalism were exceptional, and I genuinely don’t think the purchase would have gone through without his dedication. I would highly recommend David and the team at Curzon Financial to anyone looking for a mortgage or specialist finance. Thank you for making it happen!

We’ve had a very positive experience working with Curzon Financial, especially with David. This is our third (or possibly fourth!) time working with him, and every experience has been excellent.

David is incredibly responsive, always quick to answer questions and keeps everything moving. He consistently finds great mortgage deals and has been a huge help throughout the process.

Most recently, he helped us secure a bridge loan for an auction property within a very tight timeframe, and everything was completed on time despite the pressure.

This was our first time using bridging finance, and David made the whole experience so much easier. He explained everything clearly, including the risks, so we always felt informed and confident.

When delays or issues came up, he followed up with everyone involved and made sure we understood what was happening. He even sent updates early in the evenings, mornings and sometims on weekends — not expected, but genuinely appreciated.

I would highly recommend this company to anyone. Over the past year john and jo have helped me alot with the properties that I have been purchasing.The both have gone out of their way to give me advice with anything I needed. I have Amnesia because I was in a sedated coma and my memory is not good and without their help I don't know what i would have done. In fact they have helped me more than the Solicitors that was representing me with the purchases of the properties. David stepped up at a really tough time. He helped me secure a bridging loan when the sale of a property fell through. I had emails from him at 7am and 1.30am, the man never sleeps ! I would recommend him 100%. This is a small company, so you deal with one person, who knows what stage everything is at, a far more personal service. I have more property finance to sort and will only deal with David and his company from now on, poor man !

Had a site with a protracted planning application. Favourable Determination landed unexpectedly, went to David with a brief of a fast turnaround on a funding vehicle, 2 weeks later and we are paid out, excellent work well done
