A massive thank you to Lee and his team. I don't think it's sunk in properly yet about being a home owner. I received regular updates throughout the whole process. There were times I almost gave up but the determination and encouragement from Lee to make this happen kept me going. It was all worth it!

Couldn't be more happy with the service they provided! After been told by other advisors that I can't get a mortgage because I'm self employed, I called Lee and he reassured me and said he could help. A few months later and we are now home owners!!! Great thing about IMB is how efficient they are in regards to advice, recommendations and delivery. IMB do not mess about and they get straight to the point and everything from the very first moment is crystal clear. Lee at IMB provided us with an exceptional service. Nothing was too much trouble. We approached IMB to help find a mortgage for us and it needed to be dealt with very quickly. This was actioned as requested which enabled us to go ahead to make an offer on the property we wished to purchase, which in turn helped us to secure the acceptance of our offer.

I used IMB to re-mortgage my property. It was something I had known I'd needed to do for some time, but had been putting off as I thought the process would be complicated and painful. It wasn't and I wish I'd done it sooner as it could have saved me some sleepless nights. Sarah made the process simple and painless. She didn't use jargon and was very swift to respond to any emails and calls. I would highly recommend her.
