Lee and Sarah are really great team. Lee was with us all the time and helped us to find the best offer for our Mortgage. A first-time buyer is not an easy process, but Lee gave us the courage to continue with our hunting and to be careful with bad properties. I was in a position where my fix rate term was coming to an end and I wanted to increase my mortgage loan value. After being bounced around by my original lender, which whom I had been with for the past 20+ years and of which only had a couple of years remaining . I couldn't believe how difficult and time absorbing it was . I was recommended IMB and within no time at all I had completed on a remortgage, even increasing the debt value after the completion date was originally given. They were amazing, took all the stress, nonsense and endless amounts of paperwork out of it and managed the whole process professionally and effectively.
I can't recommend them enough, AWESOME !
