Everything about IRP that i was able to excperience was wonderful. The people are nice and the coaches are great. I had so much fun while learing a s*it ton of things. Not only about Valorant but generally. The coaches have a genuine interesst in helping us improve. I've never had Radiants / Pro players review my games / dms and found it an extremly valuable thing to see their perspective about things.

IRP is a fun program with a great community. It's really nice to have a community focused on getting better. It creates an atmosphere where everyone is surrounded by the game and the greatness starts to rub off on you. The coaches are top notch and are really focused on making you better. I certainly improved significantly during the season and learned to think about Valorant in a new way.

Having had coaching over the last several years from various sources for all types of Riot games (like League, TFT, and now Valorant), I have to say this blew everything else out of the water. This is not Metafy. This isn't a Fiverr gig. This is legitimate professional coaching. My coach (Raymon) is very well versed and has worked with me personally to come up with a plan which has dramatically improved my performance in game. He reviews your VODs meticulously and is able to focus your improvement points into easily digestible chunks which you then take one step at a time. Overall, I'm very happy with the program I received, and I am looking forward to the continued progress ahead.

Coaches Zelo and in0X were extremely helpful and helped speedrun my improvement and help me reach the goals I always knew I was capable of hitting.

I started immortal for the roadmap. Although I got immortal myself i was hardstuck multiple acts and after going through the course I can confidently say I am more than just a better player. They work with you through more than just the game and this program was worth all the time and effort I gave it.

Throughout the entire course I had access to immediate and effective feedback that not only pointed out mistakes I was making but helped me to improve on areas that were causing me to make those mistakes. I felt like I was already a pretty good player to start, but after these 10 weeks I feel I've become an entirely different player in game and see situations from a whole new perspective. In short, I feel I went from good, to great in just 10 weeks with the help of all the coaches at IRP. ggs <3

My aim and movement needed a lot of work. Consistent classes and training helped me play my main agent a lot better to where ive turned into a better teammate overall and confidence improved more than when i first began.

I started off this program as a hardstuck diamond player who thought they knew what they were doing. After the first few 1 on 1s and group sessions, I realized how bad I really was, and how much room I had for improvement. I made it all the way up to ascendant 2 60 rr in just a few weeks, and im still climbing. I didnt have a very big time commitment, but I was still able to take away tons of things from the program. The coaches were great as well, they were always explaining things thoughtfully and listening to every question. 10/10, would recomend

After working with my Coach Raymon, I feel as if his tips really progressed into my gameplay successfully and my improvement definitely showed as I had gone up over 800 rr after the rank reset. After going through the IRP I came to the realization of what I wanted progressing through this game and also how I can improve going into the future.

The IRP was a really great experience. The classes, scrims and courses are really fun and you can learn really much from it but the best part of the IRP are the 1on1's. Jackpot if you get them with the best player in West Virginia. Even though i did not reach my promised rank yet, I still improved massive in my mechanics, decisionmaking and as a player overall. The whole programm is really well structured and is just good. I was having a really good time in the last 10 weeks and i am happy to take part in the future events.

My IRP experience was great, I chose coach in0x to guide me through out the season and it was the best choice I made. He was super thoughtful, he encouraged me a lot to keep playing more matches and he helped me a lot not only in game but outside of the game as well, like having a better mental and giving some advices on how to enjoy the game even when it's stressful.

I worked with Coach Cell in the lite program as a Plat 3 player for about 7-8 months before joining the main program and let me say I wish I joined three years ago when I first heard about it. Since joining the main program i have worked with EvaD and Raymon. I reached my new peak of ASC 3 with aims at Immortal soon. The program helped me learn more about my roles and duties as a sentinel/controller as well as mechanics, game sense, mental, lifestyle. IRP does it ALL. There are so many different sessions from 1on1 to Group learning to Community Scrims for fun. I am also honored to be so involved in this community as a Scrim manager and just meeting a lot of like minded individuals. Every coach has something to offer and I cant wait to meet more of them and keep learning.

The IRP has been a great experience with a wonderful community. The coaches have been great and genuinely care about pointing you in the right direction to reach your goals. Every class in the program provides a new insight of the game and helps you improve as a player as well as a teammate. If you're passionate about Valorant and are looking to reach your dream rank or improve as a player, the IRP is an amazing experience and everyone there will help you reach those goals. Shoutout to Raymon for teaching me more about the game in 10 weeks than I've learned from any other source over the years of playing this game.

10 week course that really makes you want to play the game and enjoy it a lot more. Evad and Raymon were my personal coaches and they were awesome guys really interested in seeing me improve. Gotta say, if you can financial access this program and are serious about improving, give this a shot. I've spent a lot of money and made a few regrets. This was not one of them. Overall I enjoyed this program very much and all it had to offer. It allowed me to improve in more ways than JUST my gameplay. And due to everything that not only the coaches did, but me making sure I did my job and my parts, I improved drastically and I can visually tell in my gameplay. By far the most valuable aspect of this program are the 1 on 1’s, as much as the group classes and all that are very useful and important for general information, the 1 on 1’s allow you to delve much deeper into your own personal tendencies and can manage to track specific ways for you to improve.

I feel like the program is very helpful and informative. It offers 1on1s and a lot of classes although it is on the more of the expensive side. It does wonders. The people and coaches do amazing. You learn multiple mechanics, agents, and how to improve your game. Overall, for ranking up this is the program! I HIGHLY SUGGEST working with Raymon as he is the best coach out there. Goodbye!

After playing the game for 5 years I'd been bouncing between bronze and silver. V25 act 1 I placed Silver 3, I decided I that I had enough. I researched through countless programs and coaches offering rank ups, but none seemed like they had high success rates or were very legit, until I found IRP. Just quickly reading some of the testimonials I knew that this program would work. I signed up right after the beginning of the prior season, so I had a bit of time to go. Just from playing in the scrims, the 10 mans and the early-bird VOD reviews I saw massive improvement. Going from that Silver 3 to Plat 3. My season brought me all the way up to Ascendant 1. From Silver 3 in January, to Ascendant 1 in May. The coaches are awesome, the community is kind and helpful. If you're on the fence about IRP, go for it! It's more than worth it!

Reqz has been an incredible support throughout my journey. Always prompt and reliable, he consistently showed up prepared and ready to help. His attention to detail was unmatched, and he created personalized plans tailored to my playstyle and goals. Whether it was breaking down in-game strategies or offering advice outside the game, Reqz was there every step of the way, making the entire program feel both professional and genuinely supportive.

IRP's coaching program was super great to be apart of. The community is very friendly and all the coaches are too. They had helped me achieve goals and directed in the right path to continue that journey on my own. IRP answered many questions I had about the game. There is a lot of work that goes into it and as long as you are committed chances are you will succeed.

When I joined IRP, I wasn't sure what the best approach I could take towards improving further was. While I may not have reached my promised rank before the end of the season, I can confidently say I now have the tools to get there. All the coaching was very valuable to me and I also met other players who I had a lot of fun with and will hopefully continue to, especially through scrims in the future.
