IRP was the best coaching program I've ever used. All of the coaches were really friendly and they helped me not only with my mechanics and gameplay, but they also helped me figure out what agents I should be playing. Within the 10 weeks, I learned everything I was doing wrong and why. I was able to fix my mistakes and it made me a better player and person.

I've experienced remarkable growth under In0x's coaching for Valorant. Over the 10-week program, I saw significant improvements in my mechanical skills, role-specific utility usage, and overall map awareness. The program included personalized 1-on-1 video reviews, allowing us to dive deep into the areas I needed to improve most. Additionally, group sessions provided an invaluable opportunity to learn from other coaches and players, further expanding my knowledge. In0x demonstrated extensive game knowledge, along with patience and adaptability tailored to my learning style. I highly recommend his coaching to anyone looking to elevate their Valorant gameplay.

The IRP Program helped me fix all the hidden problems I did not know I had, like crosshair placement, movement, peeking and many other mechanics some of which I hadn't heard of before joining IRP. The coaches especially ZELO was my IRP Coach was a great help- giving me feedback on my gameplay and helping me fix my errors in game and also teaching me the in-game decisions every round. Most importantly, zelo helped me fix my mental and back on my winning track. Thank you IRP and all the IRP coaches for your valuable insight during the rigorous program, Would recommend trying out the IRP program.

The coaches were really nice and helpful, they really helped me get my mental straight which helped me grow in and out of game. Within this 10 weeks I not only grew as a person but also as a player and joining this program opened up opportunity for me as well.

I heard from a lot of ppl said da season V25 was the toughest. I had lost 50 games right after the big reset; I was frustrated and lost my confidence. But the weekly duelist vod review & utility class helped me 3 times better for Game Sense and Agent Master. I had such a blast for the full 10 weeks and gained many new friends playing the community scrims,10 mans, and being active in the classroom.
The coaching 1-1's were the biggest improvement. The coaches can spot and explain your mistakes,bad habits and how to fix them.
Big shout out to Mr.Zelo, who has helped me along the journey and always helped me to improve. I love his great sense of humor.
The care staff are super involved with the community. My parents are happy they finally found me a 0 toxic, safe environment and a great Valorant community :)
V25, I started *Dia1* and ended the program *Immo②* in 53 days!!!
I had played 241 games in 10 weeks, and I had attended every lesson; ngl you really need to be consistent and stay committed.
I graduated from the IRP season ②③ Program as an elite student.

I feel very happy with how much value I was able to get out of IRP. If you come into the program with an open mind, you are given every resource you need to improve. The coaches were extremely patient and wanted the students to learn. You could very easily tell how experienced each coach was, and that is what made the 1on1 coaching sessions the most valuable part of the program. They did a great job giving me direct things to work on, while not flooding me with information. My coach Zelo was extremely encouraging and knowledgeable. He was easily able to determine where I was weakest, and come up with specific things for me to work on to fix those problems.

Fantastic program! I've incorporated nearly everything I've learned into my ranked games, and as a result, I'm performing better than I ever have before. Personalized 1-on-1 VOD sessions with coach guidance, focusing on reviewing my mistakes, applying their feedback, and implementing their tips and constructive criticism to improve my gameplay. Furthermore! Weekly scrims and 10-man sessions have further enhanced my communication skills, mechanics, and teamwork. I am very satisfied with the results!

IRP is a great program for improving any or all aspects of your gameplay, and 1-on-1s allow you to make focused improvements based on your matches. I started IRP with mediocre mechanics and poor performances in ranked games, and I now can solo carry games. I now play more duelist, as I found that I have the most impact on the role. I went from a 0.95 k/d in low ascendant to a 1.07 k/d in high ascendant, with my worst maps (Split) becoming one of my best maps. I also gained a lot of knowledge across two roles, and I am more confident and impactful in team-play environments, such as my university team.

Before I joined IRP, I was lost on how to improve. I didn't know what parts of my gameplay was wrong, and what needed to be fixed. I watched YT guides, but I never really learned much besides mechanic guides. IRP has taught me that game sense and finding what agents/roles are very important, and that Valorant is more than just a game about shooting enemy heads. The personalized one on ones and the stats that the program provides are both very informational on what areas of the game I needed to focus on, and giving me a routine to follow to continue my path of improving. I went from not knowing what agents/roles I wanted to play to being able to almost master my role of being a sentinel main. I highly recommend this program to anyone looking for a direction to help improve and elevate their gameplay, no matter the rank.

IRP is a very well designed coaching program. Some key points below:

1. The program content itself is a cut above what you can find on YT or other similar sites. This content is created and updated by former pros and pro coaches who main the roles and agents you're playing and have thousands of hours in high elo ranked. This point is important, because the focus is on how to improve in a ranked environment, not in an organized team setting (although they understand this environment very well too).

2. The coaches are very personable and quickly identify the weaknesses in your game, be it mechanics, game sense, mentality, utility usage, or the approach to your role/roles. As someone who has worked with multiple high level coaches, I think that the IRP coaches are on another level and have really thought through how to teach specific concepts that are tailored to individual player needs at any elo.

3. The community is laid back and there is potential (and encouragement) to continue to be involved after your program concludes. The inaugural IRP League just began, and although I am not able to compete in this season I plan to join up in the future.

4. The lifetime access to course content and (most) organized group activities is a huge plus in my mind. As agents and maps are added and the meta evolves, I fully plan to leverage this access in order to stay up to date with my main roles and agents.

I was only able to play less than half of the ranked games that the program requires in order to access the guarantee, however I knew this going in and still saw growth, improvement, and ultimately the fastest climb to my peak elo percentile in any episode so far. Make no mistake, there are never any shortcuts in life and the best way to improve is to put the ranked hours in, per the program guidelines. However, if life responsibilities simply won't allow for this it's still a worthwhile program if you have the right mindset, expectations regarding results, and discipline to consistently play games within your personal limits. On the other hand, if you do have the time to dedicate to this hobby (or if you're trying to go pro/collegiate/create content) then IRP is truly a no-brainer and a worthwhile investment.

Absolutely worth every penny! The coaches I interacted with are extremely knowledgeable and get to know your habits and behaviors on a personal level. I came into the program absolutely HATING split and pearl and literally a single 1 on 1 session swapped split into my highest wp% map. The care the staff puts into every student is insane, and they are constantly innovating as they just dropped the IRP League. They are super involved with the community and hang out a lot. You get to know your coach a bit too and now that the program is over, they dont just drop you off. You still get to participate in community events and win free coaching :)

overall it was a great experience, I enjoyed the community scrims and the community overall. But I haven't improved on my rank at all due to my inability to play by myself and some of the struggles I had in game. The 1to1 session was also great

IRP was amazing, from the coaches being very helpful with finding your own personal flaws, to the community within, both in current and past seasons being very welcoming! I have managed to jump back into my peak rank from the rank reset within 2 weeks from it alone, when it would normally take me a month and a half to 2 months. Overall, it still feels like you are in control with your own progress, but with people and resources to help you directly with finding out what you need to improve in order to help you rank up. As long as you are committed to the improvement and the grind, you will find great results here!

IRP was great! by far the 1-on-1's are the most helpful part of the program. having the same person to consistently go back to is miles better than picking up a random coach for a one-and-done on fiverr. their advice is great and helpful, but honestly, you'll only get out of the program what you put in. everything you do can be beneficial in one way or another, but you have to show up and put that effort in yourself. you can't just passively show up to class/10 mans/VOD reviews checked out just listening. you have to take in what they are saying and actively think about how it applies to YOUR game. if you do that - you're golden, because IRP gives you the right tools you need to improve. they will buckle down and work with you and invest in you if you show that you want that investment. that's the difference between them & having a whole program as a backbone and finding some random joe schmoe to look at one VOD in isolation

IRP's been great for me as a newer player to get a grasp on the fundamentals and defaults of the game. Really helped boost my learning speed with all of the resources they have available. The community is full of fun people, all focused on improving as well! Been fun talking and playing with everyone

I learned about this program from the YouTube marketing and can attest that all of the advertised promises have been fulfilled for me. The teachers and students foster a welcoming community of likeminded individuals who all want to help you improve. If you truly want to get better at Valorant and apply what is taught in the classes, you will see gains being made in ranked.

Really great experience, the attention alone that each coach gives you is 110% a reason to go with this program. I did most of my sessions with Coach Raymon and with every session and every class and all the 10-mans and scrims you get to take part of you see all that improvement in your ranked games. I had issues overthinking a lot and after all my VOD reviews and playing with the other students, all my worries and overthinking slowly went away and I became way more confident in everything I did.

IRP coaches were very helpful and informative and I learnt a lot about the game even in high elo especially in reading the other team and better decision making. My stats and confidence has increased massively since!
